Oceanfront OBX Condo, Top Floor, Walk-In Shower and Patio

From booking through check-out, the experience was top notch. Joe communicated with me immediately upon booking and stayed in touch throughout, providing essential information about the condo and helpful information about the area. The condo was wonderful: upon opening the front door, you see the ocean. Open floor plan and three sliding doors to take in the ocean views to the east and sound views to the west. Large balcony was ideal for watching the waves. The condo was beautifully decorated and provided all the essentials. Well-stocked kitchen, spacious island and dining table, comfortable sofas. The main bedroom was generously sized and the ensuite bath was beautifully remodeled. Ditto the hallway bath, with washer dryer and easily access from the second bedroom.Had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back!Nancy Perrin

Joe is a fantastic host. The sunrises and sunsets were wonderful. It was nice to have balconies on both sides of the condo.

Great location and overall condition of the room. No significnt issues but would suggest the owner add a lock for the front door other then the one main one. Like the added secuity even if staying in a relatively safe location.

This property was great but the view was amazing. Be sure to get up for sunrise. Quiet and barely even knew we had neighbors. Convenient to the beach. Easy to walk to store, ice cream and food. Millers is worth the wait for the sunset!!

Loved our stay. The condo was clean and centrally located for both the northern and southern portions of OBX. If you want to get the most out of your vacation, this is a great starting point . The complex is small, peaceful, and quiet. Steps to the beach. Host was great, providing us with so much useful information of the area. We look forward to staying here again.

We were able to make last mi ute reservation. Condo was just as pictured. Clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable.

Relaxing, calm atmosphere. The condo was clean. The weather was cool, rainy and cloudy most days, but I could sit on the balcony most days. Enjoyed my stay.

The location is perfect to visit both ends of the island. The unit is clean and the view can't be beat. It is also helpful to have the elevator to use to carry luggage and or groceries to the unit. Communication by the owner is easy and helpful. We had a great time and would highly recommend if you love hanging out at the beach!
