Access to Horse back riding also available in season inside of the community. The home is almost 3,100 sq. ft of living space plus 2 full covered porches across the back of the home with spectacular mountain views. Top porch has gas grill plus fire pit. Also has a large polly wood picnic table with seating, 2 gliders and rocking chairs and a large custom swing bed. Perfect space for watching beautiful sunrises over the mountains. Lower level porch has a swing and rocking chairs and a perfect space to play corn hole (which is provided). Home has 2 family rooms (both with gas fire places and TV's.).
