The condo is on the 2nd floor on the building and located on a corner for the perfect view of the sound. There is an elevator for ease of access to the property. When renting, guest will have access to all of the community amenities including our community pool, fitness center, designated dock space (30' at Ballast Point Canal #113), tennis courts, outdoor pavilion, and much more. The building does have covered parking for one vehicle or boat/jet sk trailer. If the trailer does not fit in the covered spot, it must be stored off-site for a fee.
