Our private fenced in backyard is perfect for a small to medium sized dog.brbrThe house consists of a master bedroom (King bed) with an attached full bathroom, a kitchen, dining area with a beautiful stone fireplace and a great room with a large sectional L-shaped couch on the bottom floor. On the second floor, there is one large bedroom (Queen and Twin) with a sliding glass door where you can walk out onto the upper deck. The sliding glass door has black out curtains to keep out the light and heat on warm days. There is also a spacious loft used as a bedroom (Queen and Twin). Another full bathroom and laundry room are also located upstairs. This spacious retreat would be great for one or two families with about 1600 sq. ft. of livable space. brbrThe glass doors from the great room leads onto a covered patio where you can sit and enjoy the view of the lake while sipping on your morning coffee or enjoying your breakfast. We have a Keurig and coffee pot. If you’d like, you can walk down closer to the water and enjoy the views from the gazebo, the stone patio or the dock. We have a small office area looking out on the lake for those of us who can't seem to get away from work that includes a printer/scanner. The entire back of the house gives an exceptional view of the lake and the beautiful sunsets it offers.
