Cozy 2 Bed 2 Bath waterfront cottage on beautiful High Rock Lake- fully updated

The house was everything it was advertised to be. We would stay there again we loved the way the porch and dock were tied together. It let us enjoy the outdoors and keep an eye on our child while he played

This was our 2nd stay. Love the location of this house. Close proximity to two ramps and accommodating enough leave boat docked and charging 2 nights. Everything as described or better.

This lake house has become our go-to summer retreat, and for good reason! The fully stocked kitchen is a game-changer - we easily hosted a dinner party for 10 people without missing a single utensil or dish. The host has truly thought of everything.The location is terrific with really nice lake views, and we love spending time on the multiple decks and outdoor seating areas. There's always a perfect spot to relax, whether you want morning coffee with a view or evening cocktails watching the sunset. The lake itself is wonderfully quiet and ideal for kayaking.What really sets this place apart is the host's attention to detail and commitment to improvement. Each summer we return, there are thoughtful new additions that enhance the experience. The welcome meal and coffee upon arrival are such a lovely touch that makes you feel immediately at home.The neighborhood is fantastic too - the neighbors are genuinely friendly and helpful, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere. This property offers the perfect combination of a beautiful natural setting, excellent amenities, and warm hospitality. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Everything for our trip went smoothly. The home is well stocked and a very relaxed setting for a perfect get away with the pups.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in this updated and well equipped home. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the showers were extremely refreshing. Neighbors on both sides were very nice. Would book this location again. Oh, and the fishing was great.

We enjoyed our stay it accommodated our family of 5 very well! Loved the sun coming in the windows. Location was nice as well!Had everything we needed for making ourselves at home! Great place to stay!

Great communication with owners, property clearly well thought out and cared for. Appreciated the nice little touches, the snacks and supplies to make spaghetti dinner were so thoughtful. Everything works as expected, supplies in the house were such that we could have showed up with just our clothes and been fine. Caught a couple fish off the dock and rented a pontoon boat and weee able to keep it docked at the house which was really convenient.

This is such a cute house with everything you need for your stay. My son was getting married at Board and Batten Events and it was only 2 miles away. Great place!

We take an annual family vacation and selected this rental for our 2024 trip. We were not disappointed. The home was so cute and well decorated and we loved being right on the water. We caught several different kinds of fish this trip and really enjoyed the kayaks the hosts had for us to use. The host was incredibly kind and worked with us when we had some last minute changes, she’s quick to reply, and even left a welcome package of essentials. Recommend!
