Lakefront Home W/large Level Lot, Dock, Open Floor Plan-Totally Remodeled!

The kitchen had multiple apt spots in the floor, adults had to be careful where they walked. The bathroom also had soft spots in several places, and the toilet in the main part of the house was not secured to the floor. The hot water heater could not support two showers taken 30 minutes apart. Rooms were clean, the kitchen did not have a mixer.

This was a comfortable and quiet house. It fit our family’s needs perfectly.

The home is beautiful. The kitchen needs more mugs and new frying pans. The place is beautifully situated on an inlet of the lake. Very nice walkway and dock and fire pit.

Small family get together and fishing trip. It was a wonderful time great house beautiful location plenty of room for all 12 of us. Fishing could have been better but still would stay here again

Ants in bedrooms & master bathroom. Main bathroom shower rod installed incorrectly making it difficult to shower. Also shower liner bottom is mildewed, Worn sheets & towels although clean.

Great overall stay! Comfortable, plenty of sleeping arrangements and amenities in the kitchen and such! For those that love hard water pressure in the showers this place has it! Great spot to fish and dock boat. Caught tons of good sized catfish just off the dock. Would highly recommend! Only draw back would be ants in the kitchen on first day, but traps and keeping food in other places wasn’t an issue!

The updates in this house are fantastic! We had plenty of room and the screened in porch was a very nice touch. We spent coffee time in the mornings by the lake in the Adirondack chairs. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

I wished i could give it 5 stars. The floating dock needs replacing as it is sinking in the water which the renter was accommodating to us from the beginning. The house is in dire need of an ant fumigation. I have notified the renter and they stated they will take care of. The host/renter is amazing! The house needs a few renovations and attention but overall would give a 3/4 out of 5.

It wasn’t our average stay but. However it was very chill. I didn’t know it was a trailer but I don’t think I could give really a negative review. The lock was a little questionable with the tape on it. However I contact Candace an she explained how the door locked. Overall my family enjoyed themselves and I felt safe. I will definitely say this was a nice little fishing quite a peaceful experience although we didn’t catch anything. The kids enjoyed themselves.

Family came down for a Graduation, and this was a very nice and relaxing home. It was clean, the view was great. The fishing dock was nice as well. The back porch was my main go-to place. I would definitely recommend this house.

Didn’t seemed to be that “recently renovated” as advertised, but is was nice and served it’s purpose for us. Something was smelling in the kitchen like a dead mouse or something couldn’t find it. The bathroom seemed worn and toilet seats were loose

everything was great except 1. Dock was rotten and leaning to one side. 2. Garbage disposable would not work and that side of the sink was stopped up. 3. Everything in the refrigerator froze and had to be through away. 4. Could not get TV in the master bedroom to work. 5. Water hose out side had a nozzle that when used got you wet from head to toe. 6. Fish did not cooperate.Even with these things we had a good time.Thanks.

We found this property for a wedding and it was very convenient for getting to the venue. The property was beautiful and the kids enjoyed the dock and fishing. It was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The neighbors were friendly and we would definitely stay again!

Convenient to the wedding venue and a nice cozy place to stay! Would absolutely consider coming back 'in season' to enjoy the lake!

We spent Thanksgiving weekend here - Wednesday-Sunday. The kitchen is stocked with all of the pots, dishes, glasses, and silverware you’d need for a big dinner. We only had to bring enough baking pans for our sides. We loved the layout of the house- plenty of room to gather in the common area, but enough rooms to spread out when it was time to rest. The house is clean and nice, and still comfortable enough that we didn’t have to be overly paranoid about our 2, 6, and 7 year olds breaking anything. We loved hanging out on the dock and the kids loved playing in all of the leaves. This house is also in a great location - quiet neighborhood yet 15-30 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. The water pressure is terrific, however, keep that in mind as the hot water runs out quickly. We learned very quickly to space out our baths/showers to give the water heater time to refill. We will definitely keep this property in mind when visiting again. It was perfect for our extended family’s getaway.

The house was nice and as advertised other than the AC not working for our first night. I reached out to the property management and they got it fixed the next day. Very attentive response and the house was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Our group is looking at returning to it next year!

It was our first family vacation in years and it was absolutely perfect!

The home was beautiful and clean. The grounds were fabulous: dock, fire pit, grill, and screened in porch. We had some minor issues (TV streaming did not work after tropical storm and a few ants in the kitchen), but the owners helped us figure things out including bringing a Fire Stick to the house and pointing out the ant spray which worked relatively well. One major issue was that the bathroom door could not be shut completely because it would stick closed and took two people to open it. There were spiders but not more than you’d expect at any lake house! We spent the days on the lake, at Carowinds, napping, fishing, having a fire, and enjoying the birds and fish. We enjoyed our stay!

Great property for the guys to stay and fish at High Rock Lake. This is our second time to stay at this house. The one negative we experienced this time was the house had some visitors( had some mice). We did not contact the property manager about this.

This property was pretty clean. I'm not sure if it was the lack of rain, but we didn't even attempt to get in the water...it was just plain yucky. This property could benefit from more lighting in the living room and nightstands in all the bedrooms. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and on the screened in porch would have been awesome. BTW, the guest/hall shower was TINY. I feel confident in saying that was only about 24 wide. It was overall a very comfortable stay with plenty of room. If we decided to go back to High Rock Lake, we would consider staying here again.

It was very nice and clean AC work great all had a great time
