This end-unit features a large front deck with a table, and seating for six with seat cushions available in the front closet, and more privacy given its end-of-building location.brbrOn the main level, there is a vaulted living room with two couches, a rocking chair, and a large flat panel TV with both Netflix and YouTube streaming service installed. The fireplace is non-functional and is for decorative purposes only. In the combined kitchen/dining area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that seats six. The U-shaped kitchen has an electric range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric griddle, and coffee maker. The utility closet houses a stack washer and dryer. In a hallway closet, there is a selection of games for the enjoyment of the entire family. This level also includes a Sunroom beyond the dining area with comfortable wicker furniture (seating for six), and another TV for additional family gatherings. Rumbling Bald boasts 40 miles of hiking trails (a few still may be undergoing tree removal post-hurricane). Bald Mountain Lake (behind the condo) was home to the kayak and paddle board rentals in the summer of 2025- not sure if those will be available again in 2026 or if they will move back to the main beach. Swimming on Bald Mt Lake is a favorite of many, and no fishing license is required for catch and release on Bald Mt Lake. Blowing Rock, Little Switzerland, Linville Falls, Tryon Equestrian Center, Crabtree Falls, Black Mountain and many Blue Ridge Parkway stops are nice day trips. Legends on the Lake Restaurant/Bar and the Bear Paw Café/Starbucks are located on the Rumbling Bald campus (located about a ½ mile walk from the unit- around the fairway and down picturesque wooden bridges on Mountains Blvd). Hours of operation vary by season and can be found on the Rumbling Bald website. Golf carts are available for rent during your stay as well. Other restaurants are within 5-10 or 20+ minutes, depending on what catches your fancy that day. Easiest airports to travel to and from your vacay would be Asheville (about 50 mins), Charlotte (less than 2 hours), or Greenville, SC (just over an hour). br Two parking spaces are available for the unit with additional unmarked parking spaces across from those.
