The large chefs kitchen was designed with the cook in mind! The large kitchen island seats at least eight people and is a perfect spot for your afternoon snacking. The large dining table is sure to seat your entire party and also serves as a great spot for game night. You’ll find that there are almost too many decks to count on this floor, with space for everyone to enjoy quiet time alone reading a book and sipping your morning coffee or making jokes and laughing with each other as you sit together soaking up the morning sun.brbrThe middle floor is home to four bedrooms, three of which have king beds. The fourth bedroom has two pyramid bunks, with full beds on the bottom and twin beds on the top. Wake up to the sounds of nature and have coffee on the large deck overlooking the preserve, or enjoy a cozy morning in with an abundance of natural light. The town house style offers 12 foot high ceilings throughout the second level offering a cozy but spacious feel. A full kitchen, french doors opening to a beautiful full length deck, as well as a full laundry and outdoor shower on ground level round out the second floor. Granite and custom tile throughout offer a touch of elegance, while offering everything you need to feel completely at home.
