Tons of shopping, a boardwalk, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and fishing that you can walk to everyday. The town is easy to fall in love with. There are nice bike paths and walking paths through the town of Duck.brbrThis condo has been completely updated in the last 2 years. It's 684 sq ft. It has an oceanfront deck view that is a great place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. There will be times that you will see dolphins from your deck. The living room has a smart TV and is comfortable for 4 people. There is a queen size pullout couch. The kitchen is fully stocked and updated. Close to everything in Duck and Kitty Hawk, but with a tucked away feel on a large wooded lot. Newly decorated and furnished, with a Boho style retro feel, tile floors, wrap-around deck with screened in porch and picnic table, and a crows nest.brbrThe house is an approximately 1/3 mile walk to the nearest beach access. Beach accesses in the community of Southern Shores are only for residents and guests and most do not provide parking of any kind, so our walkable accesses and the beaches are remarkably uncrowded even in the peak of summer.brbrIf you would like to drive to an access, we provide a parking pass for the Southern Shores Civic Association beach access at Hillcrest Drive. The site has 2 showers, toilets, a gazebo, benches, and a viewing platform. The beach and viewing platform are wheelchair accessible. A volleyball court has been constructed at this site, as well.
