A third oceanfront room has a queen-sized bed and oceanfront deck. The two other rooms offer views of the sound. One has a queen sized bed. The other has a full sized bed and a twin bed - perfect for kids. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and offers a great view of the ocean as you cook. The dining room table seats 8 and the oversized bar seats 4. There's a charcoal grill along with an assortment of boogie boards, sand toys and more. A private, spray off area and outdoor shower (with hot & cold water and a hand-held shower head) make clean-up easy. Up to two well-behaved dogs (depending on size, breed) are welcome with a $150 non-refundable deposit. Other amenities include flat screen smart TVs, DVD players.

The dining area has seating for twelve (12) people with a large table seating ten (10) and counter seating for two (2). The living room has two sofas, two chairs and a 65 inch flat screen smart TV over the fireplace. The sunroom provides seating for six and provides a quiet area for conversation, listing to podcasts or reading a favorite book.brbrUpstairs has a second family area, laundry room, and three additional bedrooms. This living area has a 65 inch flat screen smart TV along with a table for cards, puzzles or board games.
