You will be blocks from Duke Park and the Ellerbee Creek Trail, walking or biking distance to the DIY district (Fullsteam Brewery, Motorco, Geer Street Garden, Cocoa Cinnamon- 0,7mi), Downtown Durham (1.5mi), Duke's East Campus (1.5mi), and grocery shopping (See my recommendations!). Duke's West Campus is 10 minutes by car, 25 minutes by bike, and 40 minutes by bus (No. 4).brI lived here for years without a car, and have always found it easy to get anywhere I needed to go.brI have a guest bike available for an additional charge of $3 per day/$15 per week/$60 per month.
