Stayed Jan 16, 2026This is a great house to stay in with plenty of room to accommodate my family. Ned was very quick to communicate with me and very accommodating. Only concern was the low economic status community around the corner and some activity that occurred Sunday morning. We still felt safe though.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024We had a wonderful multi-gen holiday visit at this home. I was looking for a place with living room seating for my whole group including the family we were in town to visit, and this home delivered. It's on a busy street, but the large back yard is lovely and there are no rear neighbors. Ample parking, with space to turn around before pulling onto the street. Although not wheelchair accessible because of the short staircase down to the living room, it's otherwise on one level with no porch stairs, which was good for my guests with mobility issues. One minor appliance issue was addressed promptly, with follow-up call from the host to make sure all was well. And, easy check-in and check-out.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024I stayed the week of Thanksgiving and the house and space was everything my family and I needed. The host was responsive to any questions or concerns that I may have had. We are across the street from a grocery store. We are 15 minutes from the mall and close to the downtown area.The house was spacious and it does have a fireplace, wish it was gas or electric but you have to get your own wood. I would stay again if i was visiting the area.

Stayed Sep 5, 2024The home was really good and accommodating for the 4 of us to use as our base for our golf trip. Short drive to downtown. Everything went well, we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this house for anyone spending a few days in the Durham area.

Stayed May 24, 2024This property had plenty of room for my family who was in town celebrating my daughter's graduation. The fenced in backyard was very nice for our dogs to play. The host was very responsive.
