Put your boat in at the public launch (Beatty's Ford), that is five minutes away, then slide it into our slip. Put your jet skis up on the jet ski lifts. Westport/Safe Harbor Marina is conveniently located five minutes by boat where there are rentals, fuel, supplies and more. Easy shopping at Harris Teeter or Publix within ten minutes. Shops, cinemas, restaurants, everything is close by.brbrWood floors throughout the main part of the house, each of the bedrooms has carpeting. 65 4 K TV provides an incredible HD viewing experience. A finished game room in the basement with Roku enabled television provides plenty of entertainment with a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, two arcade machines that include Mrs. PacMan, Golden Tee and other games.brbrThe outside is just as inviting with seating on the large brand new deck just off of the kitchen or enjoy the view on the covered patio below. Water depth around the new private 20ft dock is 6+ feet with plenty of room for your boat and/or wave runner. It is also the perfect setting for fishing and swimming. There is a ladder on the dock for easy access in and out of the water. Take advantage of the convenient location with gas dock directly across from the house dock at Lake Norman Marina. The main level has new furnishings with comfy couches, new large TVs, and sliders to a deck with grill, seating, and Adirondack chairs - perfect spots to relax with morning coffee or an adult beverage!brbrThe main level also hosts three bedrooms.
