This fully remodeled six-bedroom, six-bathroom retreat is the perfect blend of modern elegance and natural beauty, offering breathtaking water views and refined living spaces that invite you to relax, recharge, and reconnect.

As you arrive, the quiet charm of the setting sets the tone for the experience that awaits. Inside, the home opens to bright, spacious interiors where floor-to-ceiling windows flood the rooms with natural light and provide panoramic views of the lake. Every inch of this home has been thoughtfully redesigned, showcasing high-end finishes and contemporary comfort.

At the heart of the home is a stunning gourmet kitchen, outfitted with custom cabinetry, integrated appliances, sleek quartz countertops, and a large island perfect for casual gatherings. - Spices/Oils, Etc: These items are not guaranteed. Sometimes they are left behind and available, but they are cleaned out regularly.
- No events, group gatherings, or parties are allowed at any AvantStay property under any circumstances.
- Indoor fireplaces are NOT for guest use.
- Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation.

Parking Details:
- A maximum of 6 cars are allowed onsite.
- No parking on the grass or street.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
