The galley-style kitchen is stocked with appliances which include both drip and pod coffee makers, a built-in microwave and a range that has 2 ovens; the kitchen island has the sink and dishwasher on one side and seating for 4 guests on the other side. The dining area (seats 8) with a side countertop that has 4 stools if more seating is needed. A half bath is on this level. The outside deck has a picnic table and chairs to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. The outside stairs down to the mid level has a gate so small children (and pets) can safely stay nearby.
