Beautiful views included from the upstairs porch. There is no elevator, FYI. brbrBeautiful upstairs, two bedroom, pet friendly unit at Front Street Village in Beaufort. Located just a short walk to the 34 Degree North restaurant and Beaufort Hotel, South ACK is just minutes to the popular Beaufort waterfront. This condo features a huge covered front porch, one assigned parking spot with plenty of other spots available, water views, and a place to park and charge a golf cart. Inside you will find an open floor plan, hardwood floors in main living area, solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances and a well equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms on main floor feature king size beds, master has a private in room full bath, and second bedroom has a full bath in the hall. There is a large loft upstairs with a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa. Use this room for sleeping, games, media room, or recreation spot. Sleeps a total of 6 in beds, and 8 with the sleeper sofa pulled out. brbrBring your own golf cart-the unit does not come with one. The room is located just blocks away from downtown Beaufort, full of shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. The room itself is inside of a small Eco-friendly hotel. There are two covered porches on the property, as well as a covered garage on the ground floor. For those of our guests who elect to bring a pet, we do have several areas on the ground floor where you can allow your pets to do their business; there are doggy bags provided in those areas. We do have a pet fee of $30 a night plus tax.brbrIt is one large room with a queen bed as well as a full sized sleeper sofa. It does have a full private bathroom, with a tub and shower combo. The kitchenette has a dishwasher and a two top stove with enough dishes and silverware for four people. brbrCheck in is at 2 pm and check out is at 10 am. Discovery diving is open from 8 am to 9 pm.
