You’ll have the use of our two 2020 golf carts (one 4-passenger and one 6-passenger), and you can easily rent bikes and have them delivered to the house.brbrOur spacious open floor plan makes it easy for the whole group to be together without feeling crowded, while our private bedroom suites make it just as easy for you to get away for quiet time when needed. All booking requests for reservations during the last week of May, JUNE, JULY, and the first 2 weeks of AUGUST must be for a SUNDAY TO SUNDAY booking or the reservation request will not be considered for approval. brbrDuring NON-summer months AFTER the second week of August UNTIL Memorial Day weekend our home MAY be available for minimum 3 day rentals depending on the month and week and how close to your reservation date you are booking (we normally only approve requests for reservations that are less than one week in duration if they are made less than 30 days prior to arrival since we like to leave our calendar open for and give preference to families who want to book a weekly rental instead of just a 3 night weekend rental. Off season HOLIDAY WEEKEND rentals normally require a minimum 4 night rental unless booked one month or less prior to the reservation start date). We have been searching for a Luxury home that blends all these aspects of the island, and finally found it. This 4000 square foot home with 5 bedrooms is situated on the 8th green, with distant views and sounds of the ocean, all while being nestled on the edge of the forest. We have added a private pool and hot tub off the master suite. For security and safety reasons we have added outdoor nest cameras. We also have 1 four person golf cart and 6 person cart for your use. Once you arrive on the island after a wonderful 20 min ferry ride (don't forget to book the ferry to & from the island when you book your reservation) all the stresses of the world are gone. Only golf carts and bikes (we have 4) are allowed on the island. We also have a third golf cart for rent for $500 per week if needed.
