The Dunescape Unit is on the point of the complex giving it unobstructed views of the ocean from two sides. The first thing you will notice when you walk in is the view...AMAZING. No other condos or pools or anything stand between you and the waves. Couple that with the luxury decor and amenities of the complex and you will find yourself wishing you could stay forever. brWhen you arrive at the condo, you will have two dedicated parking places. Because of limited space that is all that is available on site . Once parked , you will find luggage carts and grocery shopping carts, as well as an elevator, to make moving into the condo simple and quick. The condo itself is decorated with light flooring and furnishings making it feel like a tropical breezy villa.brThere are 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, oceanfront screen porch off the living room and a separate oceanfront balcony off of the master bedroom. There are places for bicycling and bike rentals available locally. There is a movie theater, nail salon, and local shopping. This is truly a place where singles, couples, and families can all enjoy themselves.brbrThe condominium includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and coffeemaker as well as an extensive collection of pots/pans/dishes and other cooking equipment. There are a number of nearby places to purchase fresh local seafood and there is a large grocery store (Food Lion). There are also grills at the pool just downstairs from the condo. So, you can eat inside (with an ocean view), on the deck, or poolside! One of our favorites is to get take-out shrimp burgers from the Big Oak Drive-in and bring these back to the condo.brbrThe condo has free Wi-Fi, cable, 2 televisions, a Chromecast and a DVD player (and collection of DVDs). It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master has a king-sized bed, while the 2nd bedroom has a full and a twin. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need. Sit inside at either the bar and kitchen table or enjoy a meal out on the balcony while you watch the sunrise or sunset. You can even grill out using one of the community charcoal grills in the courtyard. The community has its own beach access, so you're less than a five minute walk from having your rear in a beach chair, your toes in the sand and a favorite beverage in your hand! If you don't like the sand, the SeaSpray community has an outdoor pool, complete with a kiddie pool. This condo is conveniently located to Fort Macon State Park. You'll also find excellent restaurants and attractions on the island or after a quick drive to Morehead City or Beaufort. It's the perfect place for you to be as active or relaxed as you want! brIMPORTANT NOTES: br*This condo is on the 2nd floor. There are no elevators or ramps.* br*Parking is available for 2 vehicles only! No trailers or boats can park here. br*While the condo complex has a strict no pet policy for guests, I have a dog who comes with me when I use the condo. The condo is thoroughly cleaned after my visits. br*A photo ID is required as proof that the primary renter is at least 25 years old. (You can black out the DL #, etc). br*No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony. br*The clothes dryer in the condo is not available to guests. The coin laundry room is conveniently located right below my condo.

The second bedroom is located off the living room and features two bunks with a three-piece bath with shower stall down the hall. All beds come made with luxury linens and bathrooms have a starter set of towels for you and your guests. The galley kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all the extras you could hope for such as a toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, ETC. A beach cart and a few beach chairs/ towels that can help you start your beach fun off right. There is a direct ADA beach access out in front of the units,. No smoking. No pets!!!!brbrOn the property, a 150-foot waterslide spills into their Oceanfront outdoor pool and promises an exhilarating ride. Swim year round in their indoor swimming pool and take advantage of the relaxing whirlpool at the end of a long day in the sun, and for those that enjoy outdoor whirlpools they have one available for you to enjoy as well. Additionally, the property boosts tennis and basketball courts, a game room, a large interior courtyard with kids playground, gas and charcoal grills beside indoor pool, Shuffleboard AND a 9-hole putt putt golf course.
