Excellent property and location. We really enjoyed staying here.

The property had everything we needed for our weekend away for a wedding, only problem was I had my elderly mother that needed the elevator but was too far of a walk up the ramp and to the room, had to go buy a wheelchair, but this had nothing to do with the great facilities!! Just for anyone bringing someone not being able to walk far distances.

This place has everything you need. Beach cart, boogie boards, large shade canopy for beach, ice cooler for beach, board games, Roku TV’s in each room for logging in to your favorite streaming channel. Kitchen had everything needed to make and have dinner at the room. There is only 1 thing about the condo property that I would change. That would be to make bigger balconies so a family of 4 could have dinner out there. The balconies are small and just have seats for 2 people.

This is a great condo with a great location. Everything was so well thought out and we really appreciated all the provided amenities. We found the beds to be very comfortable. We did have a chilly April week so could not make use of the outdoor pool, but we were thankful for the indoor pool and hot tub. We definitely hope to return in the future.

The condo is very clean, facility has everything you need (though right now they are doing a lot of renovations to areas, I imagine before busy season starts. For me, the thing that stands out the most, is the wonderful host, Cathy & her husband. She goes over & beyond to make your stay wonderful & always replies back very promptly. That is part of the reason we chose to stay here again.

Perfect location. Beautiful beach and pool. Plenty of privacy. Centally located to local attractions. Communication with property owners was outstanding. Can't recommend this any higher

Very nice updated condo, the pools and hot tubs were a definite plus as well and waterslide was a huge hit. The host was very friendly and available. The host also supplies tons of beach gear in the condo which was very nice. No complaints.

Check in was easy. There is no full sized oven in the kitchen but we worked around it. Also remember to wear your wrist bands to the pool

Family of four very happy with our stay in this condo. The second bathroom was very helpful and my teen and tween were comfortable with the bunk room. The beach can be windy but is beautiful, and the property is very nice with great amenities (pool and slide are awesome). I was very impressed with the condo amenities (so many towels! soap! lots of beach toys and chairs! the beach cart! kitchen necessities!) Seriously, I’ve stayed in my fair share of VRBOs and this one wins as far as being stocked. The unit was very clean and has a nice view too.

The property owners have a lovely condo and have made sure it is stocked with activities for family fun!

We have been staying at A Place At The Beach for over 10 years and have rented several units. This condo was our very favorite! The check in process was so easy, we didn’t have to go to a rental company or the office. The keys and everything we needed were right at the condo. Cathy reached out to me and checked on us when we arrived. She shared a little about her personal life, it felt like we were old friends. It was nice that she took time to chat via text. The condo itself was spotless. It was renovated and decorated so nicely. We loved how they made the space so comfortable but very efficient. Several things we noted that differed from other condos we have stayed out was all the extras. We had a beautiful gift basket waiting for us. The kitchen was fully stocked, even with paper plates, ziplock bags and tinfoil. The bed linens and beds were extremely comfortable. There was an over abundance of bath towels. They had coolers, beach towels, a beach cart and beach chairs available for use. We loved the view of the ocean and pool as well. This really is a great place to stay! If I had to mention one negative, it would be there isn’t an oven. There is a stove top. However, this actually worked to my advantage because it made me cook less on my perfect vacation. I really hope we can tent this perfect condo again. Thanks for sharing!!!

I was very impressed with this condo. I travel a lot and this was the cleanest, best stocked and most elegantly decorated place I have ever stayed. All the little touches made it feels like you were visiting a friend

Our stay was perfect. The owner was prompt with responses and very accommodating to our request. The condo was clean which is very important to us. We also appreciated that it was not pet friendly which is challenging to find nowadays. The condo had everything we could have needed including beach equipment and toys. We will definitely be staying again!!! The family enjoyed the comfort of being able to see the pool, soccer fields, and picnic area from the balcony and condo window. Our son had a blast with his friends on the property.

I came back in August and we were looking for. Ashley weekend get away. This is my 2nd time at this location and it’s perfect for a small group. The host communicates well and the property is clean. Highly recommend.

My spouse and I stayed here with our daughter to celebrate her fifth birthday and Easter weekend. Our experience here could not have been more magical. Our daughter is already asking to “come back next week”. The owner was wonderful and communicated with me perfectly despite technical issues with VRBO s app. She was so kind and thoughtful. She even left surprises for our daughter and us. There are thoughtful touches throughout . A clothesline on the porch, charging plugs, toys and games, TVs in different rooms, wonderful linens, cozy blankets. This is truly one of the most cozy rentals I’ve been in due to these little touches everywhere. We look forward to staying here again and again. The private beach and amenities here are perfect for families with kids. Everything is wonderful. Both pools are well cared for and not over chemically treated. Everyone on staff has been really nice. We have loved this place. Thank you so much.

We were in town for a fishing trip and this property was just what we needed. It had everything we needed for a couple of nights and the available amenities on the property are great. The beach is just a short walk away. It wasn’t too busy at the complex, but it was very quiet within the building and were never bothered by noise. The condo was very clean and you can tell that they take pride in cleaning the areas that in most rentals tend to collect dust. Cathy was a great host with great communication. We would definitely consider staying here again.

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this beautifully decorated, well maintained condo! It had everything we needed to enjoy our trip to the beach. The beds were comfy and I had the best sleep I’ve ever had on a vacation! The property has great amenities for families. We can’t wait to go back and stay again!

Very clean, lots to do in the area. Not far from shopping and restaurants. Right on beach and they have plenty of beach accessories available, with a tote wagon. Kitchen gallery is small, but we eat out mostly so no problem. The host is wonderful to work with.

My best friend and I celebrated our birthdays with a weekend getaway to the beach. We took a chance on this property and we couldn't be more pleased! We were so impressed with how inviting, comfortable, and well appointed this condo is! You can tell the owner has a gift of hospitality... it feels like a big ole hug the minute you walk into the home! She has thought of everything you might need! The owner communicated with me regarding flooding in the parking lot due to a big tropical depression that camped out over the coast for days. She was truly amazing to work with. The beach was perfect. Calm after the storm and the shelling was the best I remember! We will be back!

The property was very clean, and the owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. This was our first time to Atlantic beach. The beach was very nice and we enjoyed the short drive to Beaufort. We would stay here again!

Return renters, this condo has everything you need and more. On rainy days, there were plenty of games and toys for the kids and adults at the condo. The outdoor pool was chilly but still fine for swimming mid September. Lots of beach toys available and the beach cart is so handy! Owners were so kind to check on us and offer suggestions for indoor activities on rainy days.

Paradise!!!!!! It was the perfect mini getaway with the family. Everything was close by and we enjoyed ourselves like it was home.

My buddy and I needed a place to get away to for a few days. This was the perfect place for us! We enjoyed the quietness of the community and accessibility of everything!

I have never had a host go so far out of the way to make sure all of our needs were addressed. From trying to get us into the unit early to all the amenities thought of to the ease of communication they really do an awesome job here. This is an older complex but this unit has been updated nicely with all the smallest details thought of. I would definitely rent this unit again.
