Beautiful Direct Oceanfront Atlantic Beach Paradise

The room was great and clean.

Beautifully decorated. All amenities were excellent. Close to beach. Only issue was the elevator was not working for our departure.

We loved this place!! It was absolutely beautiful and had all the amenities to make the stay easy. Wonderful place!!!

The (very minor) issues we had - locked laundry, parking pass - were quickly responded to and addressed. The space was lovely and great for multiple generations to sit, talk and play together.

Wonderful beach condo, very thoughtfully furnished and decorated. The big comfy couch situated with a perfect view of the beach was very much appreciated. We will most definitely come here again!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend stay here with family. We had everything we needed plus. The condo is beautifully decorated and on the corner. The views are amazing. 10/10 and will return for future stays.

Absolutely beautiful property with fantastic views. The beach is gorgeous but the pool is great too if the waves are too much in the open water. Awesome communication and check in and check out were seamless. Property exactly as described and even a little nicer than expected. Welcome basket was an added bonus. Looking forward to staying here again next time we come to the beach!

Felt so welcomed with easy check in and finding everything clean with drinks and snacks and an organized notebook with info and suggestions. Kitchen was well stocked with nice appliances, tools, and supplies. Beautiful views of ocean from several angles! We enjoyed relaxing together in comfort!

This place is incredible! It is very clean and the view is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again when we travel back to Atlantic Beach.

Highly recommend! We had a lovely stay at this property. The unit is in a perfect location, about a two minute walk to the water! It was immaculate. Very nice details throughout and comfy beds! The property manager was very responsive when I had a question. The beach never got too crowded and evenings were quiet. We will certainly go back.

As advertised this beautiful home was super comfortable with all the amenities. You are literally sitting on the beach from the porch and only steps to the sand. There is so much to do in Atlantic Beach but Stacey‘s place was so comfortable. We didn’t want to leave the property. Enjoy.

We stayed here after our beach wedding and it was beautiful! Everything was updated, very clean, and had the most beautiful view. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Was a great place to visit family for the Easter holiday. Place was very clean and comfortable with great beach access. Would definitely rent again.

My I came hoping to enjoy the beach without having to even get out of bed, and that is exactly what this condo offers. Enjoy the sound of the surf and broad views of the beach from the master bedroom and living room. Believe them when they tell you the stairs are slippery when wet. And be prepared to sign a contract that offers no refund even in the event of mandatory hurricane eevacuation! Really?!?

My sister and brother-in-law came down from Wisconsin for their anniversary an we treated them to 4 amazing days at this Atlantic Beach condo. The place is in a great location with incredible views of the ocean. We brought our own boat and docked it across the street at the included pier. Best of both worlds( ocean front access with a pier to park your boat which is very rare)). We toured the area by water visiting the wild horses on Shackleford Banks and returned for a relaxing evening in this corner unit watching the dolphins cruise by and a great sunset. Thank you Ms Stacy for offering such a great place to enjoy. This is definitely at the top of our list of places to stay! Jody B.

We have stayed at several Dunescape Villas in the past, and I can say this condo was the best of all of them. The photos do not do it justice. Beautiful and so well appointed. Everything from the appliances to the linens exceed the normal rental level and veer into luxury. The host anticipated our every need and her recommendations for restaurants were spot on.

The place was well appointed, clean, quiet, and perfect location! Host was responsive to questions about the area, and very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Our family loved everything about staying in Stacy’s condo! We felt completely at home- the beds were comfortable, the living room and dining nook were cozy and inviting. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was equipped with just the right pots and pans, spices, serving utensils, paper towels and a wonderful oven. And the welcome basket she left for us was so nice! We love the location of this Dunescape unit and hope to be back soon!! Thank you Stacy!

Fantastic VRBO at Atlantic Beach. Stacy was so easy to contact, and very open and great communication. The apartment is beautifully decorated, beachfront with amazing views on two sides, and with a fully stocked kitchen with every utensil and spice you need. On top of that, a welcoming basket of treats greeted us! Great place!!

photos of unit and closeness to ocean were great. However what wasn't disclosed was black mold in kitchen, dining area and over doorway to bedrooms, plus on-air conditioner vent in bedroom. Water leak from upstairs unit dripping onto kitchen counter under cabinet full of dishes. Infestation of sugar ants in kitchen. We have never encountered any of these problems ever while vacationing. I called Stacy on Sunday the 4th of Aug. and the only thing addressed was a man came to spray the unit to kill the ants (didn't make any difference). Oh, we only had 1 teaspoon. I have asthma so the black mold could have made me really sick. I called Stacy on the 6th telling her we were leaving early because of the storm and possible flooding, asked her for compensation for reduced vacation time. She said she would talk to her husband and get back to me the next day. I have called her and left messages twice more and no response. Visible on the kitchen ceiling is a coat of paint trying to conceal the problem. So, this isn't and new problem, just one that hasn't been delt with! I would not recommend staying there.

My family and I have been staying at Dunescape Villas for 5 years. This is leaps and bounds the best condo we’ve experienced. High quality appliances, bedding, towels, and furniture. The location to the beach and pool was also perfect.

We had a wonderful time at this condo and will certainly concider our vacation here next year. The view was beautiful, and access to the beach and pool were so close, perfect for our 5 and 2 year old. There were 4 adults and two kids, it was a little tight with 6 people but we all get along well so it worked. The host was responsive and there were no issues. Everything was clean, and plenty if supplies in the kitchen. We had the best vacation, thank you!
