The second bathroom has a tub/shower. Additionally, there are 1 queen and 2 twin airbeds available. There is a private driveway to park 4-6 vehicles. The hosts reside on the lower level of the property. There is a door at the top of the stairs that connects these two spaces that remains securely locked at all times to ensure the privacy of our guests. There is an added sound barrier in the stair-well to alleviate any sound pass-through as well.brThere is a $100 dollar non-refundable pet fee for up to 2 dogs maximum.brOur house is quite unique because of its strategic location to just about anything you want to do in Asheville. The median home price is about $500k..plus and we are Montfort adjacent. Walk all around the neighborhood and up the hill for a lovely, loop walk. You can walk the trails down to the University of Asheville and have a ball. We are next to the Weaver Pickle-ball, B-ball, playground and tennis Park. We are also close to the Reed Creek Greenway and botanical gardens.brOur community has lovely professional residents and retired folks.
