Me and my 2 sisters stayed here and felt a warm welcome at this home for a 4 day visit. Communication with the host was perfect and check in and check out very easy. The house is comfortable, in a quiet and nice neighborhood super close to downtown. It was convenient to shops, restaurants and the Biltmore. It is also close to a nice park where we played pickleball. The kitchen was well stocked. I would rent this house again.

There was plenty of room and the furnishings were comfortable. It was easy to contact the host and check in was easy.

Our visit to Asheville was to assist in our son’s move. This home was the perfect spot to allow us to have store his personal items and dog safely as we spent time touring apartments. The home was comfortable, centrally located and well equipped for our needs. Communication with owner was easy and appreciated. I would recommend this VRBO!

This is a nice house which is close to a bunch of restaurants, downtown Asheville, and the Biltmore Estate. There were lots of extras like both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker. The house was exceptionally clean and well- maintained.

Great property. Spacious and clean and offering everything we needed. Better than average on stuff like aluminum foil, olive oil, salt and pepper, saran wrap, etc.

When I booked, the host responded within minutes. She provided essential information regarding directions, amenities, aerial photos of location of the home. The video instructions on how to unlock the lock box was very informative. We enjoyed our stay.

Stay was amazing- home is in a great spot convenient to many attraction in Asheville. House was well stocked with plenty of parking and comfortable places to relax. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely rebook.

Very well maintained and appointed home, fit our family quite comfortably. Check in easy, communication great, and has everything you could need for a short or longer stay. Loved that linens for bed and bath were all white and even a makeup towel also provided (so not to harm the nice white towels). Overall quiet neighborhood but the kids bedroom is near the street and there was a motorcycle that caused noise at night, maybe a temporary visitor we just got unlucky with in the area. Convenient drive to downtown and surrounding activities, but don't expect walkability here. The main road outside the neighborhood has some transient people around but we did not see any of that in the immediate neighborhood and felt very comfortable at the house. Only 2 small recommendations to host. Get blinds in the window in the twin bed (i.e. kids) room. Also maybe couple beach type towels to avoid the need to use the very nice white towels if you are doing any wading at waterfalls or pools in the area. For now just suggest any visitors bring this one thing if you may need during your stay.
