Sophisticated double height living room with fireplace and open layout, spacious den, new kitchen done in stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Living area leads onto large deck, with outdoor table for 10, with grill, plus an area with couch and chair. Three bedrooms upstairs , Master Bedroom with King Bed and ensuite bathroom, one guest bedroom with King Bed upstairs and one guest bedroom with two twins upstairs. One full guest bath upstairs. Master Bedroom and one guest bedroom have private decks overlooking pool and slight views of Shinnecock Bay. 2nd full bath upstairs has a tub. Lower level has 2nd Master bedroom with a connected bathroom with a shower, as well as another 'living' room off of the bedroom. Living room off bedroom downstairs has two twin beds plus a futon couch. Pool is surrounded by blue stone with another outdoor table and chairs, six super comfortable lounge chairs, along with drink refrigerator. New firepit completes the picture with music coming from the sonos sound system. Property is buffered by protected land, along with mature plantings which create total privacy.
