Southampton Renovated Home / Heated Pool!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in the Shinnecock hills area of Southampton. The house was stylishly decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel both elegant and comfortable. It is also very private but a quick 7 minute drive to the village, and convenient to the many good restaurants in the Hampton Bays.Check in was well coordinated with a quick tour conducted by the owner.The large pool was pristine and well maintained, and our two children thoroughly enjoyed many hours in the water, while the grill offered a nice alternative to the well equipped kitchen. The hosts even provided a welcome basket which was a very nice touch

House was great. Loved the space, amenities including swing, heated pool, trampoline, etc. House and grounds were clean and well maintained. The hosts were very helpful and super responsive. Little disappointed the fireplace wasn’t ready but otherwise really enjoyed our stay.

My friend and I (and our two dogs) booked this property after another property unexpectedly cancelled on us four days before our trip. It turned out to be a great thing because this house was unbelievable and the hosts, Welli and Roxana, couldn't have been better! They really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and were so great with being responsive and helpful. The house was immaculate and feels like something out of a magazine! The backyard was beautiful and lounging at the pool felt like being on a resort. We really could not have asked for more from this trip and are so grateful to the hosts for saving our vacation and making it better than we could have hoped for! We will definitely book again!

We had a great stay. The house was as described, with plenty room to relax. The outside areas with pool and outdoor seating was just what we needed to relax. Owners were extremely responsive and helpful with suggestions on what to do in the area. Will definitely book here again!

Had a fantastic time on our family vacation! Welli and Roxanna were gracious hosts, very welcoming and responsive leading up to our stay. They provided a number of recommendations for local places! The house is beautiful, clean and spacious- it was perfect for our whole family including 2 adults and 4 teenagers (18,18,17,17). Rooms were large and comfortable; bathrooms were clean and modern; kitchen and common area was contemporary with all the amenities. The backyard and pool was simply amazing! We spent tons of time grilling and hanging out in the awesome backyard. The house's proximity to Coopers Beach and Southampton village is ideal (10 min). Thanks! We will definitely be booking again.

It was like a hotel . Decorated to the nine . The owner had great taste . The bathrooms are brand new . Kitchen was large and open great for entertaining .
