Peaceful Southampton retreat

Great stay - huge house. Easy checkin and pre-stocked with many important essentials like cooking oil, spices and other stuff you hate having to buy every time you stay somewhere. Overall great time and really enjoyed ourselves - would def stay again!

It was the perfect summer getaway. The house was impeccable. Beautiful, bright airy and so spacious. Backyard was great -pool in the day firpit at night. Marni and Brian couldn’t be better people to rent from. Awesome

This house is beautiful inside and out! Spacious, airy, and clean inside with plenty of room to spread out, and the pool and fire pit outside are stunning. Brian was very responsive and helpful throughout our planning process and stay.

My family had a wonderful week here. The house was immaculate and the owners couldn't have been nicer. Location was perfect. Not far from beach and shopping but honestly you don't even need to go anywhere. Enjoyed a very relaxing week. Thank you again Marni and Brian.

We arrived to fresh flowers in the dining room and champagne in the fridge. Nice touch! The main living level has lots of space. There is a large family room where kids can play and watch cartoons on TV, while the adults can stay around the corner in the dual height living area & just relax in peace. The owners Brian & Marni thoughtfully offered to pack away the toys, or leave them out for play- our grandson had a blast with all “new” toys. The huge deck off the main level has plenty of seating w/ an outdoor table for eight. The BBQ is connected to the gas line- so no worries about running out of propane or swapping tanks. The deck overlooks the pool & has access down some steps. The large dining room had a table that seats 8. Having dual sinks in the kitchen was a big plus for our family. There was a plenty of prep space on the granite counters. The kitchen was recently remodeled & very nicely done. There were more than enough dishes, utensils and also great prep tools, and cooking and serving pieces. We cooked and served some great family meals here. Lower level French doors lead to a 2-room suite with a large playroom/ den area, and cozy bedroom w/ ensuite bathroom & toddler beds- just perfect for two parents w/ young children, like our family has. Sliders lead to a shady patio space w/ table & chairs, plus a wine / drink fridge appreciated by all. There are six comfy lounges around the pool. There was a good supply of nice pool towels. On the upper level, there is a master bedroom with a small deck and nice view. The master bath has both a soaking tub & shower. There are 2 more bedrooms, one with an outside deck, and they share a nice sized hall bath with full tub/shower combo. All the baths in the home were recently remodeled. And nicely done! Brian and Marni, the owners, are both very responsive to calls/texts with questions, or issues. Any house can have a problem pop-up, but how problems are handled matters. The clothes dryer broke down, but they immediately sent someone to handle the issue, & we had a new dryer installed the next day. This shows their integrity & concern. Thanks! We appreciate it! The only other minor issue which I am sure will be addressed is that the upstairs bedrooms get a bit too cold when the AC is on. Luckily we had nice fluffy comforters & overall it was certainly better than a lack of AC. The temperature in the rest of the house was very comfortable. Summary: Great house! Privacy! Kid Friendly! Great Owners!
