We had a great time and used the guide that was sent to us almost every day--it was full of great tips and information. The house was lovely and exactly as pictured. We're already ready to go back!

Very thoughtfully curated house with an eye for design. House is bright and airy with a great layout and lovely backyard for the family and the dog. Bay (dog friendly!) is a very short drive or bike ride and ocean beaches are close by. Southampton town center is 15 minutes away and you have the added convenience of Hampton Bays nearby. Only recommendation would be a dresser for some added storage in the rooms. John is a great host and very responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Vert cute MCM home in Shinnecock. This home is very bright and sunny and has a great porch and backyard. We enjoyed our stay. The homeowner is VERY responsive and answers questions quickly. Four of us stayed here and were very comfortable. We appreciated lots of towels and enough beach chairs for all of us. Kitchen is well stocked.

We had a great time. The house was great , well stocked with everything you need. Communication with owner was easy and he responded quickly. The area with all of the beaches was a great place to vacation.

We just got back. Had the best time! Great location. Super clean and well-stocked. Great grill! We lived on the outdoor patio when not at the beach. Would love to go back!

The property was exactly what it looks like in the picture! The outside was ok! Could have been better! Location was accurate! Overall the property is good and the surrounding house are much better !

Our family had such an amazing time in the Hamptons! The home was tastefully decorated, very clean, well stocked and just so inviting. The Host John gave us a great guide to the Hamptons and he was so easily available for all our needs. The perfect setting for our vacation. It’s location made it so easy to go to all the Hampton’s hot spot!! Overall, all great time! Can’t wait to go back! The Genovese Family
