The home is just 2.5 miles from Southampton town - 5 min by car and 10 min by bikes which we provide. brbrThe home has been newly decorated (every room) with a nautical / beach designer decorated theme with a hint of whimsical. This is the house for the person who wants to walk out to the back deck, look at endless water, feel the relaxation, and have room for 5-6 couples or a family or two. We afford guests all of our personal items to enjoy including beach chairs, kayaks, bicycles, yard games, etc. Our reviews are actual renters - no find and family fake reviews. The great room has a large island with barstools, new stainless appliances, flowing into a 12 person dining table between the kitchen and the main lounging area with wood burning fireplace. A sun-room also looks onto the large backyard and water - open the windows for a good breeze, or keep closed and its a warm up room after pool time. A 20x40 heated in-ground pool, has a new mahogany deck, new lounges, new umbrellas for the 2020 season. The pool sits directly next to the large flat plush backyard with a volleyball net, smash ball, can-jam, and a children's play-set. The pool has 6 new padded chaise lounges, large new cantilever umbrellas, several fun floats, and arching fountains with led lights. brbrThe fixed dock ( 14 x 25 feet) is large enough to gather waterfront on the Adirondack chairs, launch kayaks, paddle boards, feed the white swans (who are regular visitors), and marvel at the views. The main outside deck (new mahogany) also faces the water has BBQ, dining set for 10 with giant umbrella, and lounging for an additional 10 people. THERE IS A NEW JACUZZI MAY 2020 OVERLOOKING LAWN AND WATER. brbrThis house is on a quiet and safe road with direct access to dedicated bike lanes on Montauk highway, 2.5 miles from center of town in Southampton, Southampton beaches, and Dune Road.
