The main house plus guest house can comfortably sleep 10 people and 12 if you pull out the sleeper sofa. There is air conditioning throughout the main house & guest house. The deck is very large with a teak dining table that seats 10. The house comes with toys and books for your kids, spices and other basics in the pantry, recently upgraded electrical, and AC in all the bedrooms, plus the living room. brbrThe screened in porch is a great place to people-watch while you eat and always has a cool breeze from the ocean in the evenings. The back deck offers a more secluded option to relax in the sun or enjoy a meal cooked on the propane grill.brbrWhen you walk out the door, or down the ramp, you will be half a block from the ocean and two blocks from a playground. Downtown Ocean Beach is full of cute shops and restaurants, only a block and a half away. brbrAll the choices are yours. You can cook at home with groceries sent from Bay Shore on the freight boat, shop in one of several grocery stores nearby, or eat out for every meal.
