Fire Island & the nearby South Shore communities have a wonderful whaling, fishing and surfing history. The name of our house harks back to local lore of Leroy Fin Edwards in the early-1900's, around the time the house was constructed.

Stayed Aug 4, 2025This is one of the happiest houses you could ever find. The location is near the beach and the ferry and shops. Everything you need for a perfect vacation is here, and the house itself is adorable!

Stayed Aug 5, 2024Brian was very attentive and it was so nice not to deal with an agency such as Vacasa. It has everything you need for a week at the beach. One bathroom a little hard with teens but we made it work. Not a lot of closet space but great location, loved the back deck and outdoor shower plus a wagon that actually isn’t rusty with flat wheels. 4 bikes also very handy. Roku made it easy to use our accounts for Olympics and movies. Thanks Brian!

Stayed May 26, 2023Had a great MDW at this bungalow! Conveniently located close to the beach as well as the ferry and restaurants. Property also had a wagon waiting at the ferry making it easy to bring belongings to the place. The bungalow was well kept and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Would def recommend it to anyone!
