OCEAN VIEW. 4 bedroom house plus loft in Ocean Beach.

Just spent a week at this house with family and had friends out to visit House was everything we expected and more. It is newly remodeled and very nicely decorated. Jeff was easy easy to communicate with and he checked in on us throughout our stay and got back to us right away with any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

This house lived up to it's review. It's rrally a stones throw from the beach! It's well maintained and comfy and cozy and i would definitely recommend it to any family or families looking for a relaxing vacation!

Captain Jeff & (Stacey who did the decor) have the perfect home that fit all my family 9-90 years young. Not an easy task. But some how they thought of everything.. Towels, toys, skateboard for the older ones, bicycles to explore FI. Located 2 houses from the beach & a quick 10 minute walk into town if you don’t want to cook & prefer eating out. 2 large dining tables both inside & outdoors fit 9 people & the great room sectional is actually comfortable. It shows they put thought into stocking the house in many different ways. The kitchen has everything you need plus a washer & dryer. My parents are elderly & the ramps rather then stairs to the beach & house made it possible for them to participate in our family gathering. It rained most days but we still walked the beach almost every day, biked with grocery bags on the seats to keep them dry & had a wonderful time. If you want a/c or a movie it’s there as well. Outdoor shower is a small simple thing but it’s a must to experience. Definitely charter Captain Jeff, not only is he a nice guy but it’s quick & enjoyable to be out on the bay & stress free. Not to lug the food was worth every penny!

We had an amazing family vacation at Jeff’s home. The location is perfect, walking distance to all!! The house was clean and fully stocked. Jeff is a great guy & answered any questions from the beginning. We are already booking next summer & cant wait to be back.

This house is absolutely perfect. Starting with the hosts, they are unbelievably accommodating. Any questions, needs, concerns we had they answered right away. I 100% recommend paying for their service to bring you over to the island, much easier than taking the ferry. Jeff & Stacey were warm and welcoming and made this Memorial Day weekend truly unforgettable. The house has EVERYTHING you could ask for. Every space is perfectly thought out and useful. I haven't even gotten started on the location. The beach is in your backyard and it is perfectly nestled in the town of Ocean Beach. We cannot wait to return!!

House has all been updated. Kitchen and bathrooms were high end hotel status. Great ocean views! Beautiful deck. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. We are annual renters and probably the nicest place we have ever stayed in. Will definitely look to book same home next season!

My family and I had a fabulous time once again! The house is perfect for families, plenty of room and outdoor gathering areas. Jeff is a fantastic Host. He goes above and beyond to accommodate every need. The new renovations are great! You couldn't ask for a better location. The only thing I needed was another week!
