Newly Renovated Summer Rental: Ocean Beach House with Private Heated Pool

The house was lovely and well within walking distance from ferry, town and beach. David was more than professional and communicative leading up to and during our stay. We went for Ryder Cup and not ever having been to Fire Island/ocean beach we were unaware of the “no car” and ferry or water taxi only. Given the reason for us staying there - to get to Bethpage, it did cause a bit of stress linkng up proper transportation and times. I can see the appeal of staying with family and friends the whole time and not having to worry about cars/logistics, it just wasnt the purpose of the trip for us. Aside from that, the stay was wonderful house and host was above and beyond. Pool was very chilly so wish the “heated pool” was usable, but otherwise a great stay!!

The home was spacious and cozy, and the best part was definitely the pool—my kids loved it! It had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, and the location was perfect. The host, David, was amazing and made our stay even better

We had the best stay! The location of the house couldn't be better - 2 blocks from town where all the grocery stores & restaurants are & 1.5 blocks to the beach. We loved hanging out in the back porch of the house by the pool, and BBQed there often - it was a really nice place to hang out. The open living room/kitchen area was also great & another place we hung out a lot. The host was very responsive & even sent us some delicious pastries from in town when we checked in, which was a nice touch! The place was very clean & well laid out. We would definitely return!

Spacious, tastefully decorated and fantastically located. We had a wonderful stay, so close to the beach and with outdoor shower and pool to cool off. David is an excellent host, answering questions swiftly via text and phone. House has everything you need - you will love it.

The house was perfect for our week beach getaway. From beginning to the end, we were provided information to make our stay easy and relaxed. The location of the rental was close to the beach and town. Having the pool with outdoor shower was an extra bonus on the real hot days. There was a cart left to help transport our belongings from the ferry. This is a highly recommended rental for family vacations.

5 stars all around! Great house in a perfect location - 5 minute walk to beach and 5 minute walk to the town (at the start of town too). We had 2 families, each with young kids. House was kid-friendly and plenty of space for adults. Owner was easily accessible at all times, providing all of the details in advance and throughout our stay was quick to respond. Can't wait for our next trip here!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy for our family to enjoy the ocean every day. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had every amenity we could possibly need. From beach chairs and towels to a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor shower, everything was thoughtfully provided.Our family especially loved the spacious layout and how comfortable it felt to unwind after a long day at the beach. The property manager was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. We were more than satisfied with the entire experience and would happily return. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach vacation!

I can’t say enough good things about my stay here! We came back after having a fabulous experience last year and this year didn’t disappoint. David is helpful and super responsive. The property is gorgeous and close to everything. Already counting down to our next stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Ocean Beach home! The location was ideal, and it was tough to choose each day between the ocean, the town, and the private pool (we opted for them all). David was a phenomenal host! His communication was the best we have ever encountered in a vacation rental. We learned things that will simplify our future Fire Island vacations forever.
