My restored home is just over 1800 sq ft and consists of three BR's, a good sized dining room and living room for gathering. Parking available on premises for up to two cars. Additional parking available just across the street. Great local eateries, access to the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds are all within walking distance. A walk to Canada is shorter than a drive on most days and they put on a pretty good fireworks display in every night during the summer. A five minute walk will get you to the greatest viewing places you'll find anywhere to watch.br brThis is my only property; I am not a manager nor an absentee. I take great pride in providing you a great experience and my ratings support that. All laundry is done in water at 160 degrees F as per CDC recommendations with Lysol laundry additive in addition to Tide and Oxyclean. Knobs, wall plates, on/off switches, remote, locks, handles, are cleaned with Lysol or an alcohol/water solution. These are hospital standards that my daughters and I set for every guest.brAll that stuff aside, I am lucky enough to be in one of the greatest places in the world. In addition to being so close to the Falls, I am surrounded by great events during summer. The local outdoor scene is made better with concerts at Artpark and the Harbor in Buffalo . Check their websites for details on who is coming to town. brA few hours walking along Center St in Lewiston will pass quickly and is a great way to eat, shop and enjoy a very cool village. When you're done, ride the rapids of the lower Niagara River in a Jetboat (serious fun). Consider a day at Ft. Niagara and Youngstown. Cap off your day with some great local craft beer here in Niagara Falls or in Lewiston. Book a few days and enjoy. Located in a lovely area of Niagara Falls, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located only 3.3 miles from Niagara Falls State Park.brbrThe master bedroom with attached bath is located on the first floor and has a king bed. The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor. One of the rooms has a queen bed with a small sitting room attached that has a twin bed for an extra guest. The other bedroom has a double bed. The other full bathroom is on the second floor.brbrOn the first floor in addition to the master bedroom, is the kitchen, living room and dining room, and back hallway that leads to a screened in porch and the back yard.brbrThe house, built in 1920, is in the Deveaux area of Niagara Falls, a beautiful residential neighborhood, situated near Niagara University. The house is a 10-minute walk to the Whirlpool and Devil’s Hole State Parks and a 10 min. drive or 20 min. bike ride along the Gorge to the Niagara Falls State Park. Lewiston is also a short drive up the parkway and has many cute shops and nice restaurants.brbrThe house is most easily accessed by car but the NFTA buses do run along Lewiston Road which is on the corner and goes to either Lewiston or to Niagara Falls.brbrThe house has wi-fi throughout. There is a SmartTV and DVD player in the master bedroom, but there is no cable (we do have an interior antenna for broadcast channels). There is a driveway for you to use to park your vehicle. Pets will be considered.
