10 out of 10!!!!! Such a Beautiful Rental inside and out & Property!! We had such a wonderful, peaceful weekend at the River House!! All you need to bring is your clothes and food, Jen has the cottage filled with everything and anything you could possibly need!! Had so much fun fishing too! Caught 3 fish on one cast on a double hook lol Jen is an Amazing host too!! And the beds and bedding are so COMFY!!! Just a Beautiful home!! We can’t wait to go back very soon!!

The home was amazing and had everything plus more that you could need. The decor is beachy and looks like it could be featured in a magazine. The beds & pillows were so comfortable. The kitchen has everything needed to cook for a big family. Having two living rooms was a bonus. We had our four teenagers with us & they had a blast. The kids fished, kayaked, went swimming, rode bikes to get ice-cream and played with the backyard games. They did lots of swimming in the river & Lake Huron is a short walk with an amazing beach. The owners are awesome and very accommodating! We Highly recommend for families. It was an amazing and relaxing vacation!

We come to Oscoda every 4th of July to see family and struggled to find a rental to fit our needs. Jerry and Jen were the best hosts! They had plenty of supplies, games, entertainment and the rooms were so welcoming and comfortable! The Maui pad was such a bonus! We will be back next year!

Fantastic getaway. We didn't have the greatest weather, but the River house is so cozy and cheerful that it more than made up for it. We were able to get some hiking, fishing and kayaking in. They are great hosts.

A lovely place to stay. Well appointed and charmingly decorated. You can tell the owners care about this place. Kitchen well stocked with everything one would need for meal prep.

Fun

This cottage is the sweetest little property. We had such a good time at this location which is just off the bridge, directly on the AuSable river. You can watch the boats/tubers from the large deck with sofa, /chairs, or walk downtown, or visit the beach all by foot. The house is renovated in a luxurious way with fun decor. The beds and bedding are hotel quality. This house is very well-stocked and even had items we didnt even think about---bikes, canoes, bluetooth speaker, K-Cups, etc. The owner is close by and very willing to help. She invited us to use her waterfront and toys. Will certainly stay here again when visiting family in the area!

My husband and I stayed at your home for our anniversary and invited my sister and brother and thejr spouses to celebrate too. The house was perfect and the owners were amazing. I would definitely stay again.
