We were dubious when we arrived at the property. It is not located in the greatest neighborhood. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated. We heard sirens three times before ten pm on the first night. And when we went to the nearby grocery, there was an armed guard in the lobby. We spoke to the security guard, and he said that the neighborhood only sees crimes of opportunity for the most part. And, as we were returning to the apartment from the grocery store, we noticed that there is a fire station around the corner from the apartment, which explains the sirens. The rest of the week, we found the neighborhood to be quiet and the neighbors friendly. The apartment is minutes from the falls. It is spacious and was perfect for my family of five. We enjoyed our days out and about and returned to the apartment in the evenings to stretch out and relax. The kitchen is well stocked and I was able to make breakfast every morning. We would love to see a handrail on the stairs. The owner, manager was very responsive to our needs and friendly. We are looking forward to returning someday. Thank you!!

The owner of the property made himself accessible. The property was in good condition. It was perfect for what we needed during our stay. Spacious and included a kitchen with all necessary amenities.

I’ll agree with others shower was great but if I had known things of this property would have never booked. Is on 2nd floor, my bad I assumed if was climbing stairs there would be railings. No railings on any of the 3 sets of stairs. Can sleep 10 as says however only dinnerware , silverware and such for 4 people. Emergency exit has a lock that you need to “use a butter knife to get it open. Not very safe. If I had had the extra money I would have left and found someplace else. Neighborhood was very scary. You entered down side of house , we got there is was pouring, 2nd floor porch had no gutters so we got soaked. Got back last night at night, no side lights to doors. Tiled floors are jagged I cut my foot on it. Didn’t complain as feel owner wouldn’t have done anything. Argued with owner prior for my service dog, he refused to let me take or I had to pay an additional fee. He does not comply with VRBO nor NY ADA requirements. So many other things.

Not recommended for families. Property is not so clean, creepy steps and doors. Locality not so safe and NO onsite parking available.

So my friends and I needed a place to stay since we were seeing a show at electric city. EVERYTHING was booked and overly priced due to the bills game being home. I stumbled upon this property and gave it a shot. The place was VERY clean, super organized and it was an absolute hidden gem. We had no disruptions from any neighbors and totally enjoyed our stay. The host was super responsive and was able to be asked questions even when he was out and about with family. I give our stay and this place a 10/10. I'll start off by saying when we arrived for our stay the neighborhood and outside surrounding properties was a bit for sore eyes but once we got inside the place was well upkept and pretty nice place. It was a upstairs place and was a little let down that the main front room and kitchen wasn't really able to be cooled down but there was window AC units in all the rooms which made for a comfortable sleep but the rest of the place was a little warm. Aside for that being my only complaint. Had a kitchen with pots and pans for cooking with a full size range and a microwave. 10/10 I would come back and stay another night.

The host will do everything to make your stay comfortable. The house was clean and tidy and a pleasure to stay in. Very cozy. We were not able to use washer and dryer.

We had a great stay

Host doubled the price two hours before check- in. The futon is not a futon, it’s only a sofa. It was disgustingly dirty. I had to go buy sheets to cover it so we could sit down. Bed sheets were also dirty, possibly with blood. I worried about my car being broken into each night. The front porch is dangerously in disrepair. Not a good experience at all! Sign up at your own risk!

The neighborhood did not look the greatest but we were not bothered by anyone. The location was on point and only 5-10 minutes away from the Falls. The actual apartment was just what was needed after a day out site seeing. A couch to relax on and a comfortable bed to lay your head down. My son (16 yrs old ) brought his Play Station and hooked it up to the living room TV and kept him company throughout the stay. The one thing I would have loved to see was a single cup coffee maker (keurig). The balcony was under construction- didnt seem like it. It would have been nice to have that available to sit out in the evening.

If you’re expecting a cabin in the woods or private mansion in the suburbs, you’re going to have a bad time. This was a very nice three bedroom apartment to bring your family to, this really is a diamond in the rough. It’s a converted house with some small annoyances but nothing that we’d rate lower for. If you aren’t used to “inner city noise” bring a noise maker to sleep to. Likewise, there seemed to be only one plug in all the rooms, so bring a usb hub to charge stuff with. Otherwise, this is a fantastic place!We all really enjoyed the apartment and none of us had a bad time. If we ever make it up this way, we’d probably book this place again!

We unfortunately had to leave only hours after checking in because our daughter got sick. We are told the refund would be coming, still waiting for.that bit hopefully soon. Checking in was a bit much as its all through keypads and spinning, pushing locks etc. Their were cameras at our entrances and he woud talk to us through the camera(ring camera). We had space heaters for heat, our toilet wouldnt fill and flush, and the area was sketchy. We had a l random guy try to get money from us..creepy! We also had people living in the other side of the house with just little latches looking those doors. We couod hear peoole right on the other side.The renter was decent to deal with and was pretty underarandung as we had to leave early anyways. We will choose a different area next time.

wasn’t what we expected from looking at the website. it was basically a apartment when they think your getting the whole house

We were going to a Bills game the next day and this place worked out perfectly. William was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Sure the area isn't the best looking but neither is anywhere else in Niagara falls.

It would have been better booking somewhere else. First thing was the check in. I got a message through the app from the owner personally saying they'll send the codes to get in 30 minutes before we check in. It's 10 minutes until we check in and nothing yet. I message him saying we'll be there a little past check in and need the code. Got nothing. Messages again 5 minutes later and nothing. Had to call and they picked up saying their phone died. Phone died but can take a call when I call but not answer the 2 messages back I asked for the codes? Got in finally and went to go eat. Came back to do laundry and it was listed as popular amenities, but couldn't find it. They're not where. I message and asked him where are they because they're listed as a aminity and nothing back. It's been over 12 hours and nothing back. That was a big reason why we booked here so we could do laundry from our previous stay. False advertisement. Thirdly, they listed a balcony and we seen it as we pulled up, but it's not accessible. It's a key lock to access that porch balcony and he did not leave a key for us to enjoy a nice sit on a balcony, even though it's advertised. He put in the text with the codes that it was under construction but that wasn’t shown on the site. Last flaw was the hot water. It lasted for a few minutes. After that, I put it on the highest it'll go and nothing.

Owner was very friendly. We loved the shower. Would stay again if ever in Niagara Falls again. Flat screen tv in each bedroom and living room. Plenty of towels available. Had 1 person decide to come with us. Owner declined to charge us for our added guest. He was easy to work with. We always had easy parking. We enjoyed our stay.

The pictures online looks good. And communicating with the renter was good until we got there. The area is very close to the falls which was nice. But when we got to the place the whole house kind of looked like it was a little rundown. The doors looked old but were ok because of the locks. The house was pretty ok but everything looked kind of old and the bad parts were just painted over. The house in general was not as clean as we’d like. We were expecting a grill and a balcony but the balcony was under construction I guess which was not communicated to us prior. And when inside the closets were locked and unable to open. The bathroom shower was nice but the bathroom very small, he did have plenty of towels to use. We There was tvs in every room which was nice. Overall I’d say our stay was pretty good, but the morning of our first day we tried using an outlet for our car cause it is a hybrid. And we made due and parked a little on the sidewalk which we know is not preferred but just for a little charge. The renter called and was already angry sounding. He started saying it’s illegal we have to move it now which we understood but he was very rude did not let us explain and that it was mistake and we tried to apologize but he was very angry and was not nice in tone at all when all he could’ve done is just asked us to move and park normally.

I never even stayed at property. I checked in and saw the place was still under construction on inside. I was on property total of hour and half and owner revised to reimburse. Worst experience ever. Not on water, inside was under construction
