Less then ten minutes away from West Mountain, 45 minutes to Gore mountain and close to many snowmobile trails and hiking paths. Great for a family get together, or a group of friends. A peaceful setting with amazing water view. Bring your boats, jet skis, or any other water toys. Private dock on the river and public boat launch right down the street. Very peaceful during the summer, fall, and winter months, with beautiful views during all year round...even watching the snowfall is beautiful!

Whether you are looking for adventure, fun, relaxation or all of the above, our home in the woods is the perfect place for you! Our charming lodge styled home has three bedrooms and a bonus bunk room with tons of added amenities such as a screened in porch, hot tub, backyard with fire pit, wifi, and an awesome game room that has a full sized air hockey table, a full sized pool table, Tetris, a dart board, and an enormous chalkboard wall that is sure to keep the fun rolling, even on those rainy or lazy days and it's the perfect ending to a day out. brbrThe spacious master bedroom, which is located on the main floor, has a queen sized bed and a panoramic view of the beautiful wooded backyard. Right off of the master bedroom is the bonus bunk room. The bunk bed is a twin over full and is ideal for someone with kids. The master bedroom and bunk room has a shared private bathroom with shower and each room comes equipped with a TV and DVD player. Please note that you have to walk through the bunk room to get to the master bedroom.brbrThe bedroom on the third floor is very private and cozy. It has a queen sized bed and a private bathroom with shower. It also comes with a TV and DVD player.brbrThe lower level is a private suite with a queen sized bed, love seat, chair with ottoman, large bathroom with shower, and your own wood burning stove! There is a private exit to the backyard and is steps away from the hot tub. Like the other bedrooms, this one also has a TV and DVD player.brbrThe living room, kitchen, and eating area is an open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling in the living room. There is a sectional couch that can seat 6 or more and there's plenty of room to toss a pillow on the floor and watch a movie. Bring your own flick or grab one of ours. The living room has a TV, DVD player, Roku with Netflix subscription, a wood burning stove, french doors that open to a screened in porch, and a sliding door that opens to the back upper deck.brbrThe kitchen is so charming, it will likely be your favorite room in the house. Pack lightly and use our coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and cups/mugs. There is an outhouse styled bathroom off of the kitchen/eating area. brbrWe provide bed linens and bath towels. We do not provide beach towels. There is no cell service inside of the house, but we have a landline phone and WIFI that guests are welcome to use. brbrThings to do: brThere are so many things to do in the Adirondacks, that I couldn't possibly name them all, but here are some of our favorite things! brbrSpending the day on beautiful Lake George and soaking up some sun. You can rent a boat, head to the beach, go parasailing, or take a tour on one of the awesome steamboats. The Minne Ha Ha or The Lac du Saint Sacrament are always a favorite and have many different types of cruises to offer. Chic's Marina is a great place to rent a boat for the day. brbrTaking a small hike to Bear Slide, which is a hidden, almost secret spot, right off of the Hudson River. Bring a tube and take a ride down a natural slide made out of rock, but be sure to pack the bug spray!brbrHead into Queensbury and spend the day at Six Flags Great Escape where you can ride the roller coasters and enjoy the water park all in one. Be sure to stop at Martha's for some dandee creme on your way out!brbrCruise Lake George Village and take some Olde Time Photos, buy some souvenirs, and meet Frankenstein in front of the wax museum. If you are brave enough, go in and walk through the haunted house (I don't recommend this for small kids). brbrTubing on the Hudson River is always a relaxing and fun time! You can bring your own raft and drive down the road or you can join a tour with Tubby Tubes. brbrHead to the movies, in your car! The Glen Drive Inn always offers a double feature, so you get two movies for the price of one.brbrI'm not one for crowded outlet malls on vacation, but I am a sucker for a good sale! The Factory Outlet Mall has tons of big name shops.brbrAll of these excursions are located within 10-15 minutes of the property! brbrIf you like to hike, please contact me for pinned locations and hiking suggestions.

Step into this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home on a quiet lake with private beach and swimming/fishing dock. Enjoy snowmobiling and ice fishing in the winter. 4 Wheel drive highly recommended in the winter. We are located just 4 miles to the Village of Lake George and 25 minutes to historic Saratoga Springs. Enjoy the fire table on the upper deck sitting on your Adirondack chair in the middle of the Adirondacks! Relax on a float, kayak or paddleboard on the lake. Amazing views from most every room in the house. There are 2 floors~ both featuring kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, fireplaces and smart TV's. There is plenty of space to bring family and friends. 3 Bedrooms and 2 baths will greet you on the main level along with a fully equipped kitchen including a high chair if needed, dining room, and living room with fireplace. There are several sliding doors to take you out to the deck. Enjoy the expansive upper deck complete with a gas grill, propane fire table, Adirondack chairs and loungers. Not to mention the amazing view. Each bedroom is complete with comfy mattresses, and fine linens. In each bathroom you will find towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your convenience. We also have a pack and play with sheets for the little one if needed. The primary bedroom and secondary bedroom both have smart TV's. The lower space boasts its own kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, dish washer and microwave. There is a 4 seat bar with built ins and an exit door to an extensive patio complete with gas grill, hammock, and dining table. There is a full laundry area on the lower level as well as a working space with pull out sofa. There is a 6 seat high top table for casual dining where you can enjoy the fireplace and or televisions. Relax on the sofa and watch your favorite show. There is a bedroom beyond the sliding barn doors complete with a king sized bed, closet and under stair nook!brExit from the living or kitchen area to a full patio to relax on the hammock or walk on down a few steps to the private beach complete with Adirondack chairs, and a dock to fish or swim from. There is also a wood fire pit for your enjoyment.brbrThe immediate area offers tubing and floating down the Hudson River, rodeo's, restaurants, hiking, biking and so much more.
