Grandkids love the lake!

The house itself is OK but rather small if you are trying to accommodate more than 8. The kitchen and family room are small. The outside area was very disappointing. It was not well maintained(dirty/cobwebs) and there were ant hills everywhere, we would not let the kids out there to play. There was a corn hole game but the bean bags had been eaten away by something! They very much need an exterminator outside and inside. There are just sheer curtains on the windows so don't expect to sleep late. The house is somewhat remote; 20 minutes to Lake George area and about 35 minutes to Saratoga Springs. Not much in the area as far as places to eat out.*Luggage racks are needed.*Only a half roll of paper towels was provided.*We were told to use make up wipes; not the towels; but none were provided. *There were no extra trash bags provided.*The WiFi connection is not very good so don't plan on doing and work if you stay here.*The coffee maker had an attachment for pods that was removed but we found that. No K-cups were provided as stated in the welcome materials.Generally, we were disappointed.

Well organized, very comfortable.

The ONLY issue everyone has with the bedrooms, was that there were no dresses of any type to store our clothes and other items. Also there were NO large garbage bags

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Communication with the property managers was excellent. The location on Lake Luzerne was beautiful, peaceful & serene. We enjoyed the water sports, the dock, the deck and the chance to get together with our adult children and make more memories.

We stayed at this beautiful home for first week of June for the Belmont stakes that was hosted at Saratoga race track. The house was 30 minutes away and a perfect location. The view was amazing and a great way to wake up in the morning. The house was decorated beautifully and was very clean. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to have a quiet serene vacation.

Very nice house. Great access to lake. Kitchen well stocked except for storage containers. Loved that there were beach towels available to use.

They email me the wrong code to open the door so I had to call the management company and I had to wait for them to call the owner to get the right code. Then I got inside and everything looks as in the pictures but unfortunately when is time for bed, all the beds have dirty sheets, so unsanitary.My sister couldn’t fall sleep because a strong bad smell in her bed, well it was a dirty stinky sock in the bottom bunk bed. My husband and I had the master bedroom, I got so excited and then my husband couldn’t not fall asleep because the room was so dusted that he was sneezing so much, so we had to was the sheets and mop the floor, so I don’t understand why you charge a cleaning fee???

Myself and my family members have really enjoyed our stay at lake Luzerne! The house was incredibly welcoming and clean with lots of space to relax , cook together and enjoy the simplicity of life ! We loved relaxing by the fire and we did have the opportunity to use the kayaks , the kids loved it ! Thank you for the great stay and I hope to come back one day !

Our family weekend was filled with lifetime memories. This property was pristine and decorated compared to a HGTV show. We all felt at home, so cozy and comfortable. The lake is gorgeous. Family members had wonderful experiences on the kayaks. The fire pit was the perfect way to end the day.
