Private Lakefront Adirondack Home

We had a wonderful stay at the Conway family's home. The house is amazing, and we especially appreciated the kitchen, which made clear that there are serious cooks in the family who use the kitchen themselves. I found it by searching focused on Saratoga Springs and Lake George, but I'm so glad to have found this home on Lake Luzerne. It provides an idyllic home base with easy access to to both Saratoga Springs and Lake George. Lake Luzerne is a gem for swimming and kayaking, with echoes of the nearby music school an added bonus. And loons! We loved hearing them and we were even more excited to see them when we cautiously approached at a respectful distance in kayaks. We six guests all agreed that this is a perfect place to for our annual friends' reunion. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a wonderful week at the Hill House on Lake Luzerne. Idyllic setting, quiet, a short stroll to the water. Lake was beautiful and we kayaked (kayaks available from the hosts) and swam and just sat by the water at times. The house was gorgeous and comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook, eat, hang out, play games. There's a lovely screened in porch as well. Terri, the host, was fantastic. She gave us many tips about the area for some great places to hike, a kayaking adventure, and more. Couldn't have asked for a better family get-away. Plus a shoutout to Ollie, the SUP dog!

Kara is a great host and have a beautiful house, with all that you need if you want to have a vacation without using your car. it's over the lake and kayaks are available. we will definitely be back

Charming weekend getaway home expertly decorated.

Home was lovely. So enjoyed the fireplace. Communication was excellent.

From the description and photos, I expected this home to be a lovely cottage near a lake. It was that and more. First, for a small lake with a number of cottages, this home is extremely quiet and private. It’s on a hill at the end of a private drive surrounded by trees. The shared beach is just a short walk down the driveway. Also the home was obviously custom built to last generations with an interesting fireplace and interior woodwork. It’s well appointed with everything we needed on our vacation. The lake must have maximum horsepower limit on boats as we saw only small ones. There’s a music camp somewhere on the lake, and one morning, as we used the provided kayaks, we heard the orchestra rehearsing in the distance. A wonderful family owns the place, and they were very responsive.

Great vacation rental. The Hill House was charming. It was comfortable and provided everything we needed plus! Communication with owners was easy and we got a reply to all our questions. Home had sunfish sailboat, kayaks ad canoes. our teenagers never had a doll moment! We recommend this rental 100%!

An incredible getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city . Peaceful and tranquil surroundings and everything you would need in a home ! Absolutely wonderful time spent here !

Enjoyed a lovely fall colors weekend at this beautiful home. The house had everything we could possibly need, was wonderfully comfortable, and is nicely located not far from Lake George, Saratoga, and many lakes, hikes, etc. in the Adirondacks. Would love to stay here in summer and enjoy the screened in porch and the lake!
