I appreciate your interest in renting our home. Our house has a lot of charm. All our previous renters (for the past 15 years) have loved it, and many come back summer after summer. I've even had guests offering to buy our home. brbrWe have great reviews; however, I do want to make you aware of the following as you make your decision to rent our home. brbrWe have a minimum 7-night (1 week) rental at $4500.00 ($645 per night)brIf you rent for 2 weeks (14 nights), the cost is $8500.00 ( $607.00 per night)brIf you rent for 1 month or more, the cost is $533.00 per night. ($16,000 a month)brbrWe try to start our summer rentals on Friday check-in and end on Friday check-out or Sunday Check-out. This avoids splitting up peak summer weekends. brbrWe normally only rent to adults, couples, and families with kids. No summer share arrangements with singles. I would like to give you as much information about our home to make sure this is the right fit for your family. brbrWe have 4 hybrid bikes you can use to ride to the beach, and it's also a great morning/sunset jog in the Rampasture neighborhood or to the beach. Daily parking is also available at the beach for a fee. brbrWe have a wonderful yard, and our home does not have a pool. The house is on a large ½ acre corner lot (4-way stop intersection) set away from the road, surrounded by Privet hedges and other trees, and bushes providing a good deal of privacy. brbrThere is a wrap-around front porch, which is a wonderful place to gather at any time of the day or night, eat at the table, read a book on the couch, or have a glass of wine for sunset. The home features 3 bedrooms on the second floor. The large primary bedroom has a beautiful bay window and a door connecting to a smaller bedroom with a trundle bed (2 twin beds). Both bedrooms have a door to the main upstairs hall. There is also a 3rd bedroom with a full-size bed across the hall. All 3 bedrooms are nicely furnished and comfortable. Closets, dressers, and nice bed linens are all provided.brbrThere are 2 full bathrooms on the house's main floor. The main bath is located just at the bottom of the staircase with easy access at night, but we like to mention this in case there is an issue with descending the stairs to use the toilet at night. There is another full bath in the back of the house by the kitchen.brbrKeep the sand outside with a wonderful private outdoor shower with a rainfall shower head. The washer & dryer are located in the basement. We enjoy the home as our own for 7 months a year on weekends (off-season), so it is well-equipped with everything in working order. We are always doing home improvement projects to ensure our home is well-maintained. We recently renovated the living room. We also just replaced the front porch furniture cushions and new awnings.
