Spacious Home, Sunny Pool, Fantastic Yard - Minutes Walk to Beach!

We just had a fantastic stay at Julianna's rental in Hampton Bays. The home is spacious, comfortable and immaculate. Our extended family enjoyed the large in-ground pool, outdoor dining and indoor great room with large TV. Julianna is an attentive host; check-in and communication was excellent and she made sure the rental was stocked with everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring local beaches, restaurants and everything the Hamptons has to offer. This rental is a gem.

Julianna could not have been a better host! She responded to our questions very quickly. The home is a perfect getaway, with a beautiful pool, well equipped kitchen, plenty of room to spread out and most importantly a ping pong table, lol. My grandkids played for hours and are now ready to enter the Olympics. The location is perfect, close to the ocean beach, an idyllic bay beach in walking distance, close to markets, restaurants, etc. We loved it! Thank you again for sharing your wonderful house!

We had an amazing week! This was our first time here and I can guarantee we will be back. The location is ideal. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that is nestled between three quick access points to the water, while still being close to town. We enjoyed many games of cards on the patio and seemingly endless ping pong rounds in the bonus room. The pool was great - the light up flamingo float was a real hit! We loved the layout of the house and the furniture is the most comfortable we have experienced in a rental (we have been renting for 25+ years). The big kitchen island was a great place to stage dinners.

This was an amazing house with a beautiful pool in a very quiet area. We could drive to the bay beach in 1 minute and 8 minutes to the ocean beaches. The house was spacious and able to accommodate 10 of us with plenty of privacy. The pool was immaculate and we loved all the floating devices- esp. the light up flamingo. We have traveled many places and I think this was one of my favorite places.

We were four adults and two children under six. Our stay was excellent. The house is laid out so that everyone could either be together or have some space. Backyard was great and pool was fantastic. It’s quiet yet nearby many amenities. Communication with the owners was excellent, Juliana went out of her way to make sure that everything was just right. We were lucky to have partly cloudy days, I would suggest a pop-up tent for more some shade. We would definitely go back again; highly recommend this rental.

We really enjoyed our stay! Since the weather was less than ideal during our stay, we spent a lot of time indoors. The house is so cozy and the table tennis was a life saver! It’s clean, spacious and well-appointed with a great location! Thank you Julianna for being so responsive!

The property was spacious and beautifully appointed. The bathrooms were lovely and squeaky clean. The kitchen was a delight. The pool was wonderful and the pool floats were a happy surprise. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected, but the beach was completely accessible. I would be happy to stay at this residence again.
