Kids will love the toys, games, and cozy nooks, while young adults will appreciate the privacy of four separatesleeping areas, each with its own light. A comfortable, queen-size pullout couch in the living room adds even more sleeping space.

The freshly furnished home features brand new Tuft & Needle mattresses in every room, central air/heat and a stocked kitchen with a state-of-the-art induction stove. Right out the side door is an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

The expansive backyard adds extra hangout space, with a tree-shaded dining area, charcoal grill, fire pit and lawn games galore. (Plus plenty of parking space.)

THE AREA

The cottage is located on a main street with a sidewalk, making it unusually walkable—perfect for city folks who don’t drive. Ruggedly beautiful Ponquogue beach is a five-minute drive or 15-minute bike ride away, while the Hampton Bays LIRR stop, grocery store, pizzeria and Starbucks are a 25-minute walk or 7-minute bike ride from the house.
