No beach pass required to use, but each beach has its own rules regarding seasonal parking passes. A few do offer daily parking rates. brbrLarge deck equip with fire-pit, outdoor table with seating for 10, and 2 couches. Right off the deck are 4 lounge chairs and daybed adjacent to pool.brbrPlease note we are in a heavily wooded area and while we have weekly landscaping and pool cleaning, we cannot control weather conditions and their impact on the external factors of our home.
