Two minutes from Three Mile Harbor and less than 10 mins from EH Village and beaches. Home features 4 bedrooms (one primary on the main floor with ensuite bath). The second floor has a full bathroom and three bedrooms (one is a also a primary with a Queen bed and a pull out couch or can be configured to have two queen beds). Second and third bedrooms eachhave a queen bed.

Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Room are all part of the main open floor plan. Central Air, heated in-ground gunite pool, and oversized deck with outdoor table for 8 and outdoor seating area. BBQ ready to go!

Sun-soaked pool rarely needs to be heated as it gets full sun all day long. Please inquire so we can discuss pool heating costs.

Pool area has 6 lounge chairs and umbrellas for that perfect relaxing East Hampton afternoon. Beach and bath towels and linens included. Fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans and all utensils.

Washer/Dryer are in the basement. All new bathrooms, new kitchen, counter tops, appliances and furniture. House is on a dead end of a dead end. Great for kids with bikes and family walks.
