Spacious Vacation Home in Gorgeous Location, 5 Min from Park

Our family had a great stay at this property. My husband is on oxygen and he and the grandchildren were able to sleep in the third day to rest and he could keep his legs up while the rest of us visited Yellowstone. We had wifi but it wasn't always strong enough. But there were plenty DVD movies to watch instead. There was also horseback riding nearby and my daughter and children and son loved it!

Had a worst experience ever. First and foremost, the owner of the property seemed to have a disturbing obsession with monitoring our every move. It felt as though we were constantly being watched, with the owner keeping a close eye on our comings and goings. This invasive behavior created an uncomfortable atmosphere and made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. To make matters worse, our initial booking was made two years in advance for the year 2022. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to reschedule our trip to 2023 as a result of a flood situation in Yellowstone. During this rescheduling period, one of our friends who was accompanying us had a newborn baby. As he watched, he charged for the infant as extra person, we paid for it. As if that wasn't enough, upon our arrival, the owner claimed that we had caused $400 worth of damage to the property. This accusation was completely baseless and we vehemently deny any responsibility for such damages. We took great care to follow all the instructions provided, including disposing of trash, cleaning the dishes, and placing all towels and laundry sheets in the designated laundry room. It was appalling to be falsely accused of burning the stove and using nine beds when we were only a group of seven people. Is it common practice for an owner to charge guests for utilizing all the beds in a rental property, regardless of the number of occupants? This requirement was nowhere mentioned in the rental agreement.

The home is older. But, it was clean and is spacious. The 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 baths worked out great. Didn't use the kitchen much. We made coffee and tea. Location is very easy to find and convenient to the West entrance of Yellowstone. It's in a quiet area and we enjoyed our stay very much. Communication with Mike was easy and pleasant!

Great location for getting into town and the park quick plus some great river and lake access nearby. Right off the highway so not terribly secluded, but it was perfect for what we needed.

Close to Yellowstone, spacious home and appreciate the laundry facilities. We recommend this if you need space. Nice kitchen too!

Great layout and super convenient to West Yellowstone park entrance. 10 minutes from town of West Yellowstone. Dry sauna was great after a long day in the park!

Good sized driveway, easy access from highway. Large living room, a lot of beds. Nice kitchen, plenty of utensils and pots and pans. Area outback to sit to watch the dog and fox play together.Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

It was a beautiful house! It was just outside of West Yellowstone and yet still very convenient to get any supplies that you may need.

Felt like grandma’s cabin…. Cute decorations (my favorite was the hanging macrame owl!). Plenty of kitchen gear/ towels. Comfortable beds. On a busy road, but a quick trip to town and easy to get in the park. Good Wi-Fi. As previous posters said, he does watch the Ring doorbell, but that’s what it is there for.

Amazing place for our family of 8!! Perfect location to Yellowstone, plenty of room to spread out, well-equipped kitchen, and easy check-in/communication. Firepit & sauna were huge bonuses that we thoroughly enjoyed!

The property was really close to both Yellowstone Park and the town of West Yellowstone so a perfect location for us. The house had everything we needed and the host was very responsive.

The house was perfect for our situation and seemingly nicer than even the pictures showed. It was great to see two queen sized beds in addition to the king size bedroom.

We enjoyed how close we were to Yellowstone but were surprised to find the house was next to a busy highway. The kitchen was, at best, difficult. We were surprised when we arrived after 4 PM and found the cleaners still working on cleaning the house.

It was perfect, the location and the house fit my family of 8. Room for everyone, it was spacious and it had everything we needed and the bonus was the fire pit.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this spacious vacation home. Location to the local grocery store and West Entrance to Yellowstone was great. It truly accommodates a large family comfortably. The property manager responded to my one question right away-everything was pretty easy to figure out. The plumbing in the master bedroom toilet is old and should be replaced, but we had two other bathrooms to choose from, so it was not an issue. Otherwise, I would have given this home 5 stars. The feel of this vacation home is rustic, as it should be when visiting beautiful Yellowstone. We would definitely stay here again!

Owner was very helpful and easy to work with. Home was perfect for our family. Had everything we needed. Location was fantastic. 5 minutes from West Yellowstone and 7 from the west gate of Yellowstone. Would definitely stay here again. If you are planning a trip to Yellowstone book this wonderful home!

The house is huge and has everything we needed while we stayed there. The kitchen is well equipped. The sauna is a plus. The house is clean, conveniently located and easy to get to. Thanks.
