Location, Location, Location. Our house in South Haven is in a perfect location. It is in a quieter North Beach neighborhood, but just a quick walk (5 -10 minutes) to the beach or downtown. We are now providing a golf cart to help you get to the beach. It has a beach parking sticker on it so you do not have to pay for parking. brThe house is a 2 story home with 5 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Upstairs you have a master bedroom with a king size bed and a walk-in closet. The closet is large enough that it could double as nursery along with your belongings (easily fits a crib or pack and play) for those of you with infants. The master also has a nice deck for morning coffee or afternoon sun. There is a second bedroom with a queen size bed and a third smaller bedroom with a set of bunk beds for the kids. A full bath and a laundry area finish out the upstairs. brOn the main floor there is a nice size living room /dining area and a recently updated kitchen. The main level continues with a full bath and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a full size bed with a twin trundle. The second bedroom has a full size futon. All bedrooms have closets/storage space for personal belongings.brThe front of the house has a covered porch with rocking chairs to relax, visit, and watch neighborhood activity.
