Stayed Sep 1, 2023Very clean and spacious property with plenty of rooms and living areas for friends/family fun. Includes multiple balconies and a patio area to enjoy company. Experienced great communication with the property manager during our stay.

Stayed Aug 7, 2023The host is amazingly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. She gave us a lot of insider tips and resolved a couple of special requests very quickly and easily. The house itself is pretty much brand new and nice. The layout is great for multiple families because there are bedrooms and full baths on 3 levels which provides spacing and privacy. We walked pretty much everyday to South Beach (via the blue stairs next to Kids' Corner), and it was convenient and easy. From past experiences, I'm always worried about late-night noise from neighboring renters/residents since we have little kids but it was very quiet and peaceful aside from a little bit of construction during the day (which is obviously transient). There's also a patio for grilling and relaxing that we used pretty much everyday. We'd definitely consider staying again. Thank you so much!
