There is a foyer with a mud room and a half bath. The kitchen is decked out in stainless steel appliances including a gas range and a large kitchen island with informal dining options. We recently added a murphy bed to the first floor that is inside a white cabinet. brbrbrbrThe family room takes advantage of the views outdoors with large windows and sliding doors to the first floor porch. There is a gas fired fireplace for the our cooler season months. The back porch features a small gas grill and a seating area with a sofa, 2 chairs and a table. brbrbrbrThe upper level offers 3 bedrooms and the main bedroom faces the back of the condo and features a King bed and a wonderful en suite bathroom. Enjoy the in room coffee bar! There is a large deck off of this bedroom that offers expansive lake and sunset views! This deck contains a 4 top dining set and 2 additional chairs. Our professional cleaning crew and laundry service cleans everything on the beds between each guest, (from sheets to duvet cover and pillow shams). The cleaning crew also takes extra precautions by cleaning and disinfecting high touch surfaces to protect our guests.brThis condo is perfect for a family of four or 2 couples (actually we love it just for the two us too!) It’s open concept is great for entertaining while enjoying the water view. The condo has a “master” bedroom with a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full bed. Both bedrooms have dressers so you can unpack your clothes and get comfy and don’t have to paw through your suitcase. There is a large closet in the dining room and master bedroom for stowing suitcases or hanging clothes, etc. brThe open living room, dining room, and kitchen have views of Lake Kalamazoo. You will see the best sunsets in Saugatuck sitting outside on the patio furniture or sitting on the livingroom sofa. Enjoy the best view of the 4th of July fireworks right from the condo!
