Great location for walking, eating, and shopping! The condo is beautiful and had all of the kitchen items needed. The furnishings are stylish and comfortable. We appreciated all of the pillows and blankets. Great stay in this beautiful town!

Everything was fine and it was a great location. We came for a wedding which was at the art center across the parking lot. We enjoyed window shopping in all the shops and dinner at Wicks.

Perfect location

We enjoyed 4 nights in a ladies trip. All of the beds were very comfortable and the linens were clean and white. The location was outstanding being in the heart of Saugatuck and shops were so close. View of the lake from the unit was only from the rooftop porch, but nice. A suggestion to make the stay nicer is to put a chest of drawers in each bedroom so you don’t have to live out of your luggage. There is space for that. Main bathtub was a very slow drain, just needs repair. We were pleasantly surprised that there was an elevator to use. Thank God for that. Our fire detectors went off about 4 times briefly then stopped. There was a lot of personal owners possessions in the unit like toiletries, cleaning items, ( unusual in a rental)….. some people may see that as a positive. Lots of stuff stored in the closets making it difficult to put our things away. Nice place overall. Small. I would rate it above average with some opportunity to improve.

The condo was perfect but although we knew that an Asian restaurant was beneath us, we had no idea that the restaurant would be open for a private party until 1:00 am. The noise was deafening. We were unable to sleep or use the terrace. It definitely ruined our stay.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay! The unit is just as it looks, very clean and nicecly decorated. Beds are comfy! Fun rooftop deck. Walkable to absolutely everything. A PLUS!

The condo was a perfect location as downtown & the waterfront was only a moments walk away! The host and the condo itself was very cozy and accommodating. Loved the outdoor upper patio & the open concept of the first floor which made it easy to hang out with my family. The host messaged us ahead of time with lots of restaurant recommendations and suggestions on what to do in the area. Had no issues with parking as the unit had a dedicated space. It was a perfect mini getaway!

Great location and condo has it all!

Check-in and location couldn’t have been better. Condo was clean and air conditioning on first floor was great, second story was not as good. Kitchen was well stocked. Unfortunately first floor with 2 bedrooms were above a restaurant that played music with strong base from 5 to after midnight which made it hard to sleep. Would not recommend for older adults who go to bed around 10 or children, great for active younger adults who enjoy nightlife. Sheets and towels were very soft! Location could not have been better, close to stores and great restaurants! Enjoyed our experiences in Saugatuck, Douglas and Holland! Thanks!

We liked everything about this property, but mechanical noise (HVAC?) in the next building prevented sleeping in the top-floor master bedroom. The manager confirmed the problem but couldn't get it fixed before we left.

The condo was clean, comfortable and close to all the restaurants and shops in Saugatuck. The rooftop deck was great and our host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the dog friendliness.

The property was a great location for walking in Saugatuck. Parking was very convenient too. The apartment was clean and beautiful with lots of homey touches and the bed was cozy. Ciro was very responsive and accommodating. Zero complaints!

We loved the property and the location!! but I am not a shower person. I take a bubble bath each evening but could not do so there. The soap is up high so that would not work. Fortunately we had a bar of soap so I was already to pour in the bubble bath and we could not get the plug to plug . So any water just drained out. Alas....

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Great views of the water. Everything we needed for our short stay. Very clean. The condo was perfect. We have never stayed in the town itself prior to this stay. It was a little more active, some music and people enjoying themselves until at least midnight, than we anticipated for being in the off season.

We've stayed at this condo complex before in a different condo. The set up of this particular condo was so perfect for our friends weekend!! Plenty of seating for morning coffee and conversation and a great kitchen! The rooftop seating is amazing, too bad it was so cold we couldn't enjoy it. Thank you for a great weekend!

We were on a girls trip for a quick weekend. It was the perfect location for a fall get-a-way. We were able to cook dinner, spread out, walk around town easily, and go hiking in the dunes! A few things to note: There was an extra futon couch which was a great surprise. (The pictures only show one couch.) It was very easy to take my dog out for a walk in the park across the street. Two negatives- there was no place to store the food we brought so we had to put it all on the counter if it didn’t go in the fridge. What we thought was a pantry was the water heater. There definitely is sound bleed from the bar/restaurant below until almost 1am. While you can’t hear it in the primary bedroom, you can hear it clearly on the main floor. If you’re a light sleeper or have kids, this might not be the right place for you. I would definitely stay here again, but don’t plan on going to sleep early.

This review would have been 5 stars all the way if we wouldn’t have had a slight hiccup. The oven was not working and we weren’t aware of this until we went to use the oven. Although we improvised it was disappointing to have brought food only to find out we couldn’t use the oven. The owner was very responsive and did apologize for this inconvenience! Other than this the condo was large, inviting, had more than enough supplies for us ie paper towels, toilet paper, abundance of towels etc! Perfect location to stores and restaurants! I would highly recommend this location and look forward to hopefully staying here again in the future.

Perfect location! Two adults, two teens and two dogs and everyone was happy. Beautiful condo with lots of room and an amazing deck. The teens loved being able to leave the condo and walk around town by themselves and the dogs loved being walked around town at night. Really enjoyed being here in October with the family and no crowds. Would totally recommend this location and condo.

My Wife & I have stayed in Saugatuck several times over the years, but this time we wanted to stay right in the heart of the town where we could walk virtually anywhere we wanted for restaurants, retail shops, comedy club, trails, wineries and more. That being said we searched VRBO for the best place to stay to accommodate our needs. When we found this modern water view condo, we had a few questions so we messaged the owner with our inquiries. Ciro, the owner, immediately responded to our query. Immediately meaning within minutes, not hours, or even days like we experienced with others. One of our inquiries did they have a TV in the master bedroom. Ciro advised us that there was not a TV in the master, but further advised that he had intentions to mount one next year, (2025), but would install one prior to our stay if it was a “Dealbreaker”. It really wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. After corresponding with Ciro numerous times during our decision on where to stay which on every question, Ciro time after time got back to us immediately. Besides all the amenities that this condo offers,Ciro’s communications solidified our decision.We arrived earlier than anticipated & were allowed early check in. The condo is even better in person. The amenities are as described. It was immaculate and in like new condition. Not a flaw with this condo. If your looking to stay in Saugatuck,look no further. This is the place! You even have your own private parking space just outside the front door.

Fun decor! Very clean! The location can't be beat close to shops, restaurants, the marinas and the park. Nice to be able to park and walk around the town.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was right downtown and within walking distance to everything. The property manager was very responsive before, during, and after our stay. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

Overall the check in/check out was convenient & simple. Parking was right in front of the stairs to go up to the condo! Only used 1 bedroom and living room. Ate out so never used the kitchen, roof top deck or second floor but all was clean and beautiful. Bathtub on the 1st floor was plugged and would never drain. Was a noisy stay due to loud neighbors and restaurant below until about midnight. Loud again from 4am on due to garbage trucks, etc at the local businesses.

Great place! Location, shopping, restaurants, Oval Beach short drive! Owner quick to respond to any questions. Safe neighborhood. Would stay again!

We had a nice stay in the condo. There was plenty of room for our family of four. Great proximity to town that was just steps away. Owners provided us with a lot of recommendations too. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Clean, quaint condo in an amazing location . We brought 2 kids ages 3 and 1, and the shades in the bedrooms made the room extremely dark/ black out (perfect for infants!) . There was a wagon in the rental we used , one parking space , and a keypad on the door to get in. No complaints- location was fantastic and as advertised.

This was the absolute perfect spot for a week getaway to Saugatuck. The group was here for a wedding across the street so the location was PERFECT! The space was modern and clean! Check in and check out was a breeze! Communication was prompt and simple.

Condo was perfect for our family - clean, comfortable, great location for walking to shops and restaurants. Owner very responsive and accommodating when we requested late check out. Really appreciated how well stocked condo was with paper products, cleaning and laundry products, and everything needed in kitchen. Would definitely stay there again!
