Cozy Contemporary condo in downtown Saugatuck. Great place for your getaway.

Everything was wonderful. The only complaint we had was that the property advertised a hot tub, and there was no hot tub. But the condo itself was very, very nice.

Property was in a very convenient location. Walkable to all of downtown, Marina and lake. Hosts we're very responsive when needed. Condo was very clean and spacious and very comfortable.

We had an amazing girls' weekend and this property helped make it even better. This condo is conveniently located to EVERYTHING in the downtown area. We were able to walk to get coffee and breakfast in the morning (even though the property had everything to allow us to make meals, we opt not to on these weekends), we walked to get apps, drinks, and meals between our shopping. We stay in Saugatuck at least 2 times a year, but this is the first property where everything was conveniently located and parking with two cars was a breeze. We all decided this is the first place we look when we want to meet up and if it isn't available, we look for a different weekend when it is. The communication between the owners was easy and helpful, the property was great to hang out in and sleep in, and having 2 bathrooms with 4 girls is always a plus. Thanks for making our trip even better with use of your property!

Wouldn’t say it sleeps 6—futon definitely not big enough for 2 adults and it was not comfortable enough for anyone to sleep on—- also no Kleenex in unit or extra garbage bags (only the one in kitchen trash bin). Everything else was great though

This is a really nice property in a great spot behind some restaurants across the road from the lake. It’s convenient, relatively quiet and with parking you can see from the front window. We loved our stay there in this terrific little town.

Amazing location in Saugatuck, in downtown and near to everything you'd want to go. The owners are super friendly and fast and responsive in communicating. Loved everything about this place and would happily book again.

Great location and easy walk to everything downtown. House was on 2nd floor- next to other apartments. View is spectacular. Comfortable for two couples. Beds were super comfy. Bedrooms had black out curtains which was a treat for sleeping in.

Very cozy spot that’s so close to downtown, it’s perfect. It was very comfortable and felt like home right off the bat. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was great for a girls getaway. Super close to everything in Saugatuck and steps away from the Saugatuck Center for the Performing Arts. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond to the couple of questions we had. Would definitely stay there again!

Property was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately every day between 11am-3pm, the TV would constantly freeze and was essentially useless, the WiFi additionally was not great at that same timeframe. Location was excellent, but due to that, it was consistently noisy until 11:30/12:00 each night.

Our stay was great! Communication with the host was quick and friendly. The space was super clean and cozy (major props for a comfy couch with a TV in a spot that makes sense - lots of rentals miss this detail somehow). The bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtain is a nice touch. Big kitchen (though we didn't use it), and parking was right out front (visible from windows). Cant wait to go back! Saugatuck is a real gem.

great location, all was good but I will say that I do not think the price was worth addition here. Lots of little things could have been better but overall it was still nice. on of the two available dresser drawers was broken. Ironing board which we need was broken, closet looked like all the cleaning supplies were just kinda thrown in and had a bad look. Lastly, as we were on west coast time, check out for us was still early with no exceptions and we were asked ( almost told ) to collect all the trash through out the house including anything in fridge and toss it, collect all sheets/towels and put near washing machine, load dishwasher and run it etc.. It was a late night for us as we went to a wedding and having to get up to clean was not what we expected to do. Don't get me wrong, nice place, nice little part of the country but could have been a touch better. thank you

Great location! Beautiful condo near everything in downtown Saugatuck. Nicely appointed and extremely clean. My friends and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend this year!

Great condo and really good location. This is our third trip to Saugatuck. We learned from prior trips that parking downtown can be a bit of a challenge. Not a concern this time - everything was within walking distance. Host was very responsive and friendly.

Due to a somewhat last minute hotel cancellation I was pressed to find a place near Holland to stay for a ladies trip to Tulip Time. This condo in Saugatuck turned out to be perfect for us. Great location in a really charming town. The condo was walking distance to some really great restaurants and we enjoyed just strolling around town in the evenings. It’s just a short drive to Oval Beach for an amazing sunset. Also very convenient for a day trip to Holland. Everything in the condo was very clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, has a well stocked kitchen as well as towels, blankets & paper products. If you have more than two people there are only 2 chairs for the kitchen table but two of us sat at the countertop. We walked to all the stores and the waterfront park. The owner’s directions for arrival/check in were clear and easy to follow. Thank you again for everything.

Perfect location, convenient to the downtown area. We had great communication with the owners. They were very invested that we had a good stay. I would stay there again. The unit was well stocked and ready for us.

I can’t say enough about the great location! Within steps to a pizzeria, Mexican restaurant and coffee shop and one block to any and all of the amazing shopping in downtown Saugatuck. Our stay was off-season in late March. We celebrated a birthday at the Butler climbed Mount Baldy, did trivia night at Saugatuck Brewing Co, 10minutes from two great vineyards with wine tasting.Had some great moments on the comfy couch watching March madness-the Roku was great, easy to access TV & streaming channels and kitchen was well stocked. Definitely would go back!

My husband and I spent the weekend in this condo and absolutely loved it. We had everything we needed to make dinners and the location was awesome. Close to walk to several restaurants and shops. Such a cute little town. Communication was perfect and prompt. We will definitely visit again and recommend you do the same!

Clean and modern and right in the heart of saugatuck! Recommend!

The condo was exactly as pictured-except the beds....you have no way to know just how comfortable the beds are from the pictures. We slept amazingly! The condo is in a great location right in downtown Saugatuck with an amazing view and close to so many wineries, breweries and restaurants. Jeff and Debbie are very responsive, nice hosts and they thought of everything - plenty towels, plates, glasses, pots and pans, combo k-cup/full pot coffee maker (w/ coffee for use) and other basic supplies as well as so many thoughtful extra's like an Alexa, full cabinet of spices, well stocked showers with nice products, phone chargers and more. I would highly recommend Jeff and Debbie and their beautiful condo.

Elevator didn't work, it's a B&B with no breakfast. What is up with that.also early check out is inconvenient.

The place is just how it was pictured. It was clean and very comfortable. Great location for walking into town. We look forward to returning soon.

This super clean contemporary condo was the perfect retreat spot for my husband and me. We loved the decor, comfy furnishings, work space (the desk upstairs was very helpful), location in the middle of the city, and view of the water and sunset from one of the bedrooms. There was only enough freezer space for ice packs, but that worked for us. It was nice to have personal, responsive hosts, rather than the corporate auto reply that is more common now. Came up here for a “ girls getaway”. The condo is very nice, clean and convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Nice towels as well. Great food, shopping, wine drinking and generally chilling. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay in Saugatuck! The condo is perfectly located to walk around town. There’s a large, free parking lot right outside the door! Beds are comfortable and the condo was very clean. Only a couple of things to note: the second bedroom does not have A/C so if you stay in hot weather, that room will get pretty warm; the kitchen could be better stocked (no dish soap for instance and the freezer and cabinets were pretty full of what we assumed were the owners food?). But overall, those things wouldn’t prevent us from booking again!

This condo is perfectly located. It is walking distance to downtown and super close driving to Oval Beach. We did not use the kitchen items for cooking, but it was fully equipped. Liked having a washer and dryer as well. Would stay here again!

Terrific property! Can’t beat the location. Tucked away spot that has a reserved parking spot right outside your door. Has all the amenities to make you feel at home. New Asian restaurant just opened up next door - delicious! Nice view of the lake from the bedroom. Would definitely book this condo again.

We truly enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the place. The only negative was when we checked in, it was 88 degrees in the place. It took until the next morning to cool it off. Unfortunately the cleaning people had the units on the wrong setting. We would stay there again as the hosts were communicating with us due to the air conditioner and it’s a great place to stay.

Perfect location on the edge of the business district. A great space within walking distance to everything. Very convenient and inviting. We enjoyed our first stay in Saugatuck.
