Carriage House - Studio Condo minutes away from downtown Saugatuck!

Extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Great quiet location but a short walk to town.

Wonderful place for a weekend getaway for a couple or small family! It’s a quick 10 min walk to downtown. We were confused at 1st with the location, as we thought it was the main house. We quickly realized the property was located atop of the garage. The place was spotless and we loved the decor!

Perfect location

This charming little carriage house is as cute and comfortable as it looks in the pictures! Perfect size for just the two of us and great location with downtown within walking distance. It was clean and the king size bed very comfortable. Would be more than happy to stay here again.

Fantastic location for a vacation! The Carriage House was perfect for the 2 adult guests during my stay. There was a futon that could sleep more. Less than a 10 minute walk to downtown Saugatuck which was perfect, because parking looked to be chaos downtown.

Place is very clean and nicely appointed.

The property was beautifully maintained, and the unit was exactly what we were looking for. Spacious, clean, and nicely located just a short walk to the downtown. Free parking on premises. Management company thought of everything: kitchen packet with soaps, bathroom soaps, extra towels and bedding. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great, clean and modern rental. And it is quite roomy even though it is a studio. I would recommend this to anyone.

My wife and I loved the place, it was extremely clean and cozy. The street and neighborhood were great too and made for nice areas to stroll around in the morning/evening. Also, in a prime location to explore downtown Saugatuck and Douglas especially if you like to ditch your vehicle and walk. Will definitely be interested in staying again.

Perfect place to stay if coming to the area. Short walk into town. We really enjoyed the accommodations.

This is a beautiful place on the edge of this quaint town of Saugatuck. Very comfortable very spacious and close to everything in Saugatuck. Yes, two Adirondack chairs for sitting outdoors and watching the squirrels chase each other in the front yard. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Accomodation was super nice and cozy. Great shopping and restaurants. Oval Beach was so beautiful. The locals were friendly and anxious to share stories about the town. We would certainly come back for another stay at the carriage house. Ellen and Rob Pec
