COZY BEACH Nesting in the ♥️ of DOWNTOWN with SEASONAL POOL&HOT TUB ACCESS

Lipstick on glass in kitchen. Lock did not work. Fast help but after we got in, could not both leave because door automatically. Locks and would not open with code luckily we tested it before both leaving. So one of us went and got take out food instead of going to restaurant. Also while bed is very comfortabl, it is hard for peplle with mobility problems because it has a platform bumper around it. Very hard to get on and especially hard to get out of

Perfect location for shopping, dinning out and the chain ferry to walk to beach. Pool was clean and warm. The kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated but very clean with lots of towels and hot water. Air con units and upstairs floors noisy but had earplugs so all in all a great stay Thank you for a lovely few days in Saugatuck

No cable tv. Very small bathroom.

The property was comfortable and felt safe for myself and my young child. Convenient location within walking distance to everything in downtown Saugatuck. The shared pool was very nice and a very short walk across the street.

My wife and I came for a little birthday getaway. The property was perfect for us, very clean and cozy! Great location! We were able to walk everywhere.

Great for a weekend stay. I did miss having a microwave or a way to boil water. The bed was very comfy. We slept great and had such a fun visit. Location is great. We would stay again.

This is my second stay at RNR and officially my go-to accommodation in Saugatuck. The location and ease of check-in/check-out are the best I’ve experienced. Each unit has its own unique charm but every unit is thoughtfully stocked and cared for with guests’ comfort in mind. I recommend any RNR listing highly!

Super cute and cozy place. Great to have parking downtown and location is perfect. Had a minor issue but Robyn got it handled immediately! First time ever to Saugatuck and glad we picked the right place to stay. We will definitely stay there again!

The location is perfect but this place needs updating. AC is window units that blow directly on you when sleeping. Bathroom is sooo tiny and has seen a lot of use. Mold all over shower head :(. Parking is tight but convenient. Refrigerator handle fell off fist time I opened the fridge.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay here in Saugatuck with our little furry friend (11 lb dog). Great location and pool was a nice bonus on a hot day. Nice comfy King-size bed. Mini kitchen with little fridge and microwave was perfect for our needs. Would stay again!

Everything was great

Check-in was easy and the instructions were clear. Everything is very comfortable and the decor is lovely. It was the perfect location to access Saugatuck shops, restaurants, and local beaches. The access to the pool and hot tub across the street on the river is a huge bonus. I would definitely stay again.

Great location & great communication with the host. The bed is a king! If you like a softer mattress than you will be pleased. The biggest reason for just 4 stars was the fact that we could hear the people walking above us & even sometimes hear their voices.

We really enjoyed Robyn’s clean, cozy, well appointed place with access to a lovely pool and hot tub, right across the street, on the river. Highly recommend!

Cozy, clean and close to everything!

The Robyn’s Nest is so close to downtown Saugatauk! The bed is very comfortable and the space is perfect for two. Loved our stay!

Place was nice, and a perfect size for a two person getaway. I would highly recommend asking for the second floor. You can hear every single step, conversation, and tv show happening above you when you are on the first floor, and if you get a rowdy group above you, as we did, you tend to be awake at 2 in the morning when you don't want to be. Outside of that it was easy and worked well for the weekend.

Super close to all the stores and bars. Worked great for the 2 of us and our dog

Adorable unit of a complex that is right on the main beautiful street of DT Saugatuck that runs along the water. In the heart of it all. Stayed here needing accommodations for a wedding in a slow time so town was quiet, but in the summer tho, this is prime! Great for 2 people! Would stay again for sure.

Arriving and departing was super easy. Place was clean and bed was comfy. Great base for a Saugatuck trip!

Very nice, thoroughly furnished, practical, clean BNB. Great location in Saugatuck. A little cumbersome getting into unit but host solved the problem timely after communications established. Minor snafu to overall experience.

It was perfect

This is my second time staying at this VRBO! I won't stay anywhere else when I come to town. The place is clean and in the PERFECT location.

We had a very nice time. The rental is small but well equipped for its size. Perfect for 1 or 2 people.

We enjoyed our stay. Very centrally located and an easy walk to so many of Saugatuck’s restaurants and attractions. An issue that arose with the property was swiftly taken care of. Great communication with host.
